I absolutely despise Team Rocket. I don't know why, I just do. Team Aqua is my fave, because I like Kyogre better. If there was a Team sky for rayquaza I would murder Team Aqua for it xD

Team Rocket in terms of the outfit... the rest of the evil organizations don't really look the part of an evil organization.

And, I guess Team Rocket in general because there's no "Save the Princess World" plot in the games they're in, and I guess I like that because it's not such a stereotypical premise for defeating them.

Team Rocket. They're generally more intimidating, have more realistic goals, and they're boss is much more complex and genuinely evil than a pair of misguided environmentalists and a genuine loony. >_>

I like Team Rocket, just because they are original and not just misguided.

Team Aqua because they use Water Pokémon and I love water, so I wouldn't mind living surrounded by water.

It's interesting that everyone's saying TR's original. They have some level of... relatable-ness (heil grammatik), wanting their boss back, but in essence they're a poke-mob with the insignificant (from the PCs perspective) goal of exploiting pokemon for money. Giovanni is an awesome boss, I'll admit, but some of his lines made him seem rather underwhelming, and there was no real end goal. Archie/Maxie are misguided extremists and Cyrus is, as Kefka so wonderfully puts it, "Just another sadist with a god complex". Cyrus is certainly the most threatening of the four, and Giovanni seems to have a sense of honor. I don't know who I prefer. I could forget about Arch and Max, despite how awesome their hideouts were.

I really, really love Team Rocket in the anime (not just JJ&M) but as far as the games go, after playing Platinum, I'd have to go with Team Galactic. They were freaking awesome, I loved the whole story involving them and their evil plan. It was great. Team Magma, meh. I never played Sapphire so I dunno about Team Aqua but if they were almost the same as Magma, then meh to them as well. :P

    Team Ginga
They have a higher ambition, not to conquer the world, but to create a new world, plus,a non-hearted world. That make the team up to a higher level.
And Team Aqua & Team Magma, seeing this two groups fighting is quiet interesting.I think this is a good setting.

Probably Team Cipher for reasons stated above.

Cipher. Any team that manipulates the brains of Pokemon and hires a disco-themed administrator is tops in my book.

Team Rocket was much more awesome in R/B/Y/FR/L than in G/S/C/HG/SS. Giovanni is much more capable as boss than the Executives. But TR loses points for using weak Pokemon like Rattata and Zubat on almost every grunt's team.

I like Team Galactic the best.
even though I hate all of the evil teams,Team Galactic is the only one that I can stand.

    Cipher

Yeah, I'll always link to that post. This is why I like it, and I don't feel like copy/pasting it, nor would I like to type it out.
Yep, what was said here. XD Cipher were just the most interesting group with admins that had a huge diversity and generally were more interesting than any other leader/higher-up of other evil teams, their goals/doings were the worst out of them all, and so forth as mentioned in the post linked there. =)

TR would be next for me - they seemed neat, and I liked how they tried to come back again as well in GSC. After that I'd say Galactic (their aims were rather huge/crazy and their get up I found wierd, but eh), and following them well behind were Magma and Aqua who do however win the stupid award. Essentially they were pro-environment.... and yet did stuff like try to summon legendaries to flood the region (as if it needed more water!)/put it into drought, and make a volcano erupt to improve the environment. Hardly a convincing or realistic set of actions there.

No comment on other ones I may or may not know about. =p
