Gen 1-Dragonite (Charizard is a close second)

Gen 3 Milotic
Gen 4 Togekiss
Gen 5 Serperior
Gen 6 Greninja (If counting megas then Mega Sceptile)
Gen 7...When I finish my play through I'll tell ya.

Honestly my favorite lists are constantly changing because I LOVE so many Pokemon, this is what my generational favorites list would look like right now:

Gen 1: Butterfree
Gen 2: Crobat
Gen 3: Castform
Gen 4: Lopunny(and by extension Mega Lopunny)
Gen 5: Vullaby
Gen 6: Klefki
Gen 7: Primarina

Gen 4 Glaceon, with Piplup and Leafeon being close behind

Gen 7Alolan Vulpix for forms, Midday Lycanroc or Torracat for originals

Not gonna lie, this was pretty tough, and I wasn't able to narrow it down to one in a few cases. Some of these change from time to time (like Gardy), but others (like Eevee and Espurr) are cemented.
