The Johto Journeys. It's more up beat and sounds cute in a way, the others are kinda corny they all are in my opinnion but this one is the least.
 
I like the Indigou League Theme Song as i have the acutal CD from season 1 and use that Theme Song when ever i am responding down the fire station after my pager has sounded
 
The Johto League song pwns you all, and you know it. XD =D

My favorite opening would be the Ready Go! which is the 5th Japanese opening. As for why I like it well it just sounds nice.
 
Theme of The Johto Journeys is my fave but I love one from Pokemon Advanced too

That's my second favorite theme, BTW. I voted for Johto Journeys. I haven't heard any of the Japanese themes, so I can't comment there.
 
Favorite Theme Song

I can't believe how popluar the (English) Johto League Journeys theme is! Maybe its because its the last theme that came out when Pokemon was still popular, at least for me anyway? Just an idea, but I like it because of that. What I mean is that Gold was always my favorite game, so I have these happy memories of hearing the theme and replaying Gold was one of the things that got me back into Pokemon, with Fan Fiction being another. ;) Oh, and the AG themes are pretty good also.

I prefer Team Rocket's motto/theme...in Japanese, but if you're making me choose from the show's theme, I liked the first one a lot, but then I realized...hey...these songs suck. :/
