I love this band more than any other Japanese artist, I love all their songs, have them all too, Takuya, their singer has alot of talent and can do alot with his voice making their songs different and more original, I own one of their albums, they have two, so they are pretty new, and my fave member is Shintarou (The drummer).

A great Japanese Hip Hop group, their songs are really addictive.

polysics are definately one of my favourtie bands. their album "now is the time" is amazing and there isnt a bad song on it.
other than that i really like the black mages since i think nobuo uematsu is the best game soundtrack composer of all time. the final fantasy 12 soundtrack wasnt a patch on anything from 6,7,8,9.
if anyone could recommend any other j-bands similar to polysics that would be great coz i need some new music and there arent many english bands doing it for me at the moment...
 
You might like The Pillows, some of their music reminds me of the Polysics without the technodanceish beats.

Anywho. Another group I've really been loving lately is Tokio, they've got some really great stuff, awesome vocalist, I've been hooked on their Hikari no Machi single lately, it's so good.

DJ Sharpnel - Otacore at its best. REBIRTH, 11ELEVEN, POWERPUFF GABBERZ are my favourites... but basically, any song by this DJ unit is good for dancing.

ONOMATOPEEE - Indie otaku-glitch/noisecore. I love noise.

Kotoko, heck the whole of I've Sound - Well, her singing is great. Plus, her "other" songs sound awesomely cute too. Face of Fact is my fav.

ave;new - A group of singers like I've, but thanks to a.k.a.dRESS, some songs sound pretty hard.

Avenew Project - The offspring of ave;new, I get my fix of cutesy songs from this spin-off group.
