Jirachi and Kyogre as a close second. I've warmed up to the others too over time. Legendaries are rarely a 'favorite' Pokemon of mine. :P

I really loved Shadow Lugia. However, from the main series game, i like latios. I encountered it when i was searching for Wailords in the ocean. I was really surprised to see it(at that time i didnt knew that it is a legendary pokemon)and checked it in my pokedex. I was really surprised to see its area is near the day care. I flew there and it changed its area. I caught it after so many tries. I really liked its stats and looks.
