Which is your favourite Region and why?

My favourite Region is Hoenn because I like it's design and it has great cities.

If I had to choose based off design, I would chose Sinnoh. :> I love the variety of its towns. Plus, it has a snowy town which is awesome. n_n The mountains splitting it in half is cool too.

I'll have to go with Johto. It's just my favorite and I like riding the Magnet train. ^_^

I can't decide between Johto and Hoenn. I love both and they were my first regions I went through. My very first was Johto on Silver when I was, like, 6. But the first region that I really knew what I was doing and the first game I really got excited over was Sapphire, since I was older and stuff.

I really love Johto because my two favorite Pokemon are from there! As you probably know, I love Umbreon and I would pick Chikorita without a doubt! I totally can't wait until Heart Gold and Soul Silver come out! (I'm getting Soul Silver!)

Hoenn for me, it was actually interesting. My second favorite is Orre, which sadly is forgotten by the majority of the fandom. :(

I really like the sinnoh reigon.
I think the desgin of the map is fantastic and like a previous poster mentioned the diversityn of the towns is great! Escpecially the snowy city! Snowpoint City!

Close call between Johto and Hoenn for me. While I love the geographic variety of Hoenn, particularly such landmarks like Pacifidlog town and Fortree City, Johto has this overall feel to it that really makes me just want to study the local cultures and stuff. :/

I can't really choose because you posted those real maps of the regions,they're beautiful in their own way *O* But if I must make a single choice,it would be Kanto region for me,original is the best ;)

Hoenn starts out good, but the latter (and more important) half of the region is spoiled by too much water. If you explored the east sea first, it would probably be a lot better imo.

well the most annoying region is shinoh due to too much land baed land, Johto is the best due to ice cave puzzle.

Johto, the games were awesome, the pokemon were awesome and the region was just so cool, it also makes me feel so nostalgic because it was the first pokemon game I owneed.:)

Im too used to Sinnoh, so i'll just go with that for now. Besides im not that familliar with the other regions.

It's a tie between Sinnoh and Hoenn. Hoenn had so much variety on the land, and Sinnoh actually has a neat story about the region, and it has a snowy city to boot.
Johto(original) was just vanilla. You barely find a route with more than two exits(the one where you came from and the one you go through).
And Kanto was even more plain. I don't have to explain myself here.
