Feraligatr and Gyarados - similar but different?

    Which one would you rather use?

    I'm not sure which one I would rather use. Probably Gyarados, but I like Feraligatr.

    I'm using Totodile as my starter in HG but I'll probably drop it for Gyarados!
     
    Feraligatr can Learn Ice punch. Gyarados can't. But I've gotta give Gyara props for Dragon Danced Waterfalls. To be honest I can't decide.

    I said Feraligatr even though i don't use either of them. Reasons being it's a 3rd evolution and at least Totodile can kill stuff unlike Magikarp :/
     
    They're both awesome, but biased towards feraligatr... He was my first lvl 100 (tears up) Plus, he's a huge crocodile, and they're pretty brutal...
     
    I like both Feraligatr and Gyarados, but I prefer Gyarados competitively because it has more Attack and a bit more Speed than Feraligatr, and has an easier time setting up Dragon Dance thanks to Intimidate.
     
    An alligator vs a majestic sea serpent. I think it's clear who the winner is and I choose Gyarados.
     
    Feraligatr i like better cuz its more bad ass and is the greatest pokemon imo. plus alligators/crocodiles are my fav animal.
