If anyone want to hear some of the English version of Dissidia, they have a new trailer for it showing off character combos on GameTrailers.com
Its hard to hear them sometimes because the music, which is Chaos' Battle Theme, is kinda loud.
Kefka sounds a little Mark Hamill-esque.
 
Just feel like updating, currently on my new FFXII Perfect Game file, Vaan's level 38 before getting Penelo the first time.

Last I read it was December of 2010, is that correct?

As long as the 360 version comes out the same time as the PS3 version, whenever that may be, I don't mind.

I just hope they don't pull off a Ghostbusters...

I don't think so, they have been adding some extras, and changing some others things for the NA/EUR, but it's finished by the current time.

Some of the more noticeable changes will be:

  • Edited/New Moves for the characters
  • New Cutscenes
  • New Battle Modes
  • Maybe more playable characters (Unconfirmed)

He was talking about Final Fantasy XIII not being released in Europe until 2012..you're talking about Dissidia Final Fantasy.
Dissidia Final Fantasy is set for North American release on August 25th, although some places list it as 27th, and Europe in September, with no set day.

Which FF character has the coolest personality in your opinion?
i personally love zack's personality. he's very fun and full of life but he has great inner strength and a strong sense of justice.
ill put a second one up too jus because i can lol :P
What is your favorite weapon in the FF series?
my top faves are the gunblade, ten power, along with vincent's cerberus and the god-almighty Death Penalty xD uber ownage

Ashe, of course. Her determination and hope, with that never-ending flair to keep things going is what makes her truly alive. :) I also like characters like her, like Beatrix, Celes, Agrias, even Tifa. But then again, It's hard to find a character I hate.

What is your favorite weapon in the FF series?

The Tournesol from FFXII and FFTA2, and also Excalibur. More notable weapons I like are the Gunblade.

In an interview with the director of XIII & Dissidia, he stated that they are attempting to lessen the amount of time between the Japanese release and the Overseas release by doing a few things, one of which is (roughly) translating into English (and other languages I assume) the stuff that is already done while the game is still being made in Japanese.
 
Well they've done that, I mean all the English voices are nearly cast, and it's not got a solid Jap release date yet. This also is better this way because they're not rushing the voice-overs; they can take their time and make them good like FFXII was.

If you have patience, this game is good^^. It's kinda a mix between RPG and RTS.

I was having a problem deciding either this or My Life as a King. If the above statement is true, then I lucked out. . .
