I'm still afraid that John beating him up will be what leads him to the ultimately dark side. I mean, he was always dark but mostly a weirdo wanting everyone to die or at least bow down to his crappy manga art. But LE is another level entirely.

Adventure: Now that you bring it up, it makes sense to me that he'll want to pursue more power (to become LE) after realizing he wasn't as much of a hotshot after getting beaten by John.

The first two are real, since they are updates from the Kickstarter page...

Basically, we have Joey, which is our female human protagonist, and he has a brother, and possibly even a dog. This is set in the 90s, even before John, Dave, Rose, and Jade land, so we know it is somewhat a prequel. We also know we have a male troll, which I can discern to be has the same mutant candy red blood color as Karkat's. I can also see models for the conductor, which he is a part of the concept art released before, so I expect him to have some huge role.

We also have new trolls, like the blue-blood male pirate thief, which obviously has some connection with Vriska, and possibly Equius. A teal-blooded female rebel marshall, which kinda looks like a cross between Terezi and Kanaya. An olive-blooded gatherer, which I can discern has some connection Nepeta and maybe even Eridan, because he looks like a fisherman. A red-blooded farmer, that has the blood of Aradia, but kinda looks like Gamzee. And a yellow-blooded beekeeper, which I feel has a very strong connection with Sollux, because of the horns, the bees, and her sign isn't depicted.

Also, remember the fantrolls? They are gonna appear.

The third link comes from the official Hiveswap website, but its for the press, so not sure if its confirmed or anything, but the full name of our protagonist is Joey Claire, and her bro's name is Jude. The troll boy's name is Xefros, and it says we have 5 playable characters.
