I think I did. Or I did in XY at least, as I vaguely recall trying to find them all in that one. Might've not bothered to get every single one in ORAS

I found them all in my first playthrough of Y and I even traded for the X exclusives so I had the complete collection. However that was the only time I did it because when ORAS came out I only collected the ones I actually wanted to use.
