Lilligant's early evolution made it a little cockier (and less cute, sort of) so it got considerably less experience from that Miltank than what would have been received as a Petilil (and it shared the experience with Butterfree too). Besides, Golbat is still overleveled compared to the rest of the team (stone evolutions don't raise levels). So you keep Lilligant in and relish the type advantage. Wartortle prepares an attack. But with sheer speed, you take it down with a single Mega Drain. What happens next?
