Fire Emblem: New Adventures in Elibe

Oni was now happy since he was reunited with his comrades. "Sorry I worried you guys. I was a bit late. I see you've got new friends," He said as he glanced at some other people.
 
"Yes..." Reane nodded, and looked back at her other friends.
"Speaking of which," She said, turning back to Oni.
"Do you- Oh, never mind..."
 
Tear turned to the side in awe to see Oni standing right next to them.
"O-Oni! It's good to see you! I was tempted to believe a bad fate might have befallen you, but I'm relieved to have you back with us."
He looked out towards the mountains as he finished his statement.
"We're going to need all the help we can get!" He said.
 
"True." Reane agreed, looking at the vast mountains, filled with a new sort of determination.
I will find you, brother... No matter what it takes!
She turned to them all, eyes ablaze with courage.
"Shall we go then?"

OOC: Heh, I feel that alot of even more exciting things shall happen from now on... XD
 
"Deed 1: Always brush your teeth..." Drago said as he brushed his teeth
"YOU'D BETTER NOT OVERSLEEP,ONI... XD"
 
Sorry its been so long! I've been so busy...
The valkyrie woke from her trance and saw that she was alone. She saw a trail of footprints and decided to follow them using her amazing tracking skills. She didn't know what she would find.
 
OOC: I understand. ^^;
BIC: Reane laughed cheerfully as the group made their way to the mountains.
She was in a far better mood, and greeted the day with a newly-found smile.
 
OOC: Finally, we're on the road again, hehe... oh, and it's nice to see you again, Red Lugia! Good to see the creator of this thread has come! (Hehe..)

Tear laughed along with the rest of them as they made their way to the icy peaks ahead. His spirits rose, though the mountains loomed high over him. He walked with pride and honor, each step he took helped him gain more courage, in himself and in his friends. Looking high up at the clouds, he took a breath of fresh air, it's calmness soothing him.
 
Reane was sporting a cheerful smile, but it faded quickly as the entered the misty mountains, for she had a feeling that they weren't the only ones on that trail...
 
OOC: Hey! Is that Mia in your sig? That's cool! She's practically my favorite character in Golden Sun!
.....sorry if that was random, hehe.....

Though the company grew considerabley quiet when they entered the opening to the chilly mountains, Tear still kept his wits and spirit. He did not know where exactly these mountains ended, but he knew it would take forever to go around them and reach the kingdom of Bern. He continued to lead them ahead, the weather becoming all the more chilly..
 
OOC: It is. ^__^
IC: Reane suddenly stopped in her tracks at the sound of nearby footsteps.
She drew her bow, for she didn't like the looks of these too misty, unclear moutains...
 
Tear stopped and turned, his icy breath making itself noticable, and turned around. He saw Renae, readying her bow, glaring out into the mist.

I wonder what the problem is...he thought, gazing curiously through through the thick cloud before them.

After a few seconds, he heard the slushing of feet in the now damp road beneath them. He looked in amazement at Reane, as he heard it growing closer.

I guess Caelin really are in-tune with their senses....

He decided to wait a second longer, for the figure to emerge from the shroud, before he made any actions.
 
Reane aimed at the thing, but not shooting, just... Waiting.
Not a bandit, is it? Or something else....
She breathed in the moist air, and waited for the supposed opponent to move further.
 
OOC: Do you have any plans for this "shrouded person"?
Hehe...

Tear began watching the mist more intently then before, keeping his eyes straight ahead and focused not moving from his position. His right hand slowly found itself on the hilt of his sword, as he slowly began to pull it out.....
At that moment, a rumble echoed through the canyon, ringing, reaching everyone's ears.
 
And, at that exact moment, a rat faced man jumped out.
He had hair, also like a rat's fur, and yellow teeth that he bared at the group.
"Oi! You lot!" He shouted, smiling a nasty grin at the friends, causing Reane to shudder in disgust.
OOC: Anyone can decide what this guy does next
Raven: That's because you're out of ideas, Andra!
Um... yeah. XD
 
OOC:......*sweatdrops* Hehe...

Tear quickly drew his sword and backstabbed it into the rat of a man, making him fall to the ground in pain, giving many squeak-like groans. Tear sheathed his sword once again, his emotions a mix of disgust and embarrassment.

"....I hate rats...." He laughed.


OOC:.....okay, let's rewind all this a bit, hehe.....
 
But, before kneeling over in death, the man sqeaked in a barely audible voice:
"The... Rest... Will.... Not... Let this.... Go by.... Hah!
Reane shuddered again, and looked out at the fog, positive that there were more possible bandits, the man seemed to be one....
 
OOC: Oh.... we're going to keep going? Uh, okay! I'm kind of looking forward to some action anyway, hehe....

Tear heard his words, relieved to hear that he was a bandit, but obviously angry about the fact too. He drew both his swords, holding one in each hand, as he raised his voice to his friends.
"Draw your weapons everyone! These are not the most favorable conditions, but if we want to get out we must fight!"
 
OOC: Heh, it has been a while...

IC: "Right!" Cried Reane, her voice echoing throughout the mountains.
This, seemed to be the cue for the bandits.
"Step out lads! Draw ya weapons! Don't pause, kill everyone!" A voice yelled from a distance, and more footsteps were heard.
Reane got right into action, but hesitated as the fog was thick, and since there might be a bandit with a sword or the likes nearby, archers were pretty vulnerable to that sort of direct hit...
