That's pretty cool! They can become really good! Do your own people gain anymore life in hard mode? Or is it just the enemies? (with the exception of Dart, Raven, yadda, yadda, yadda hehe...)
 
Life? They just have the same stat growth. Allies that started out as enemies will have boosted starting stats.
