Fire or Water?

    Which do you think is better? Fire or water pokemon?
    Personally, I would have to go with fire Pokemon because they are hard to raise but once they are trained, they can be unstopable. And plus, fire Pokemon have alot of advantages. Well, what do you think?
     
    I like Fire for the same reasons you do. However, if this were a poll for out all of the types, I would most likely go with Psychic.
     
    In terms of what TYPE I like better...water. Electric and Grass are a bit uncommon, whereas Rock and Ground are common, and Water Pokemon are EVERYWHERE.

    In terms of what Pokemon I like from the two types...fire. I like the look of a lot of fire-types. Fire-type moves are also some of my favorites.

    That's actually a bit of a hard question. I can't say "OMFG FIRE POKEMON ARE SOOOO COOOL", that seems so noobish. There are quite a few cool water-types (I like Milotic and Lumineon and the Poliwag family a lot), but there are just too many cool fire-types out there.

    ...Even though a lot of fire-types fail, because of the fact that the hybrids mostly have 4x weaknesses. :(
     
    it seriously depends on the pokemon. Water is obviously stronger than fire, but there aren't any worthwhile water types out there. While with fire there are many good fire types

    Yes, it's true. I love fire-type pokémon, and I would't see who wouldn't. Personally, I like them because of their explosive power.
    (No pun intended... well, maybe a little.)
     
    Hm I think I like water better purely because of their habitat...
    I the beach and swimming is a must have for me, but I find nature underwater is astonishing..
     
    Out of the two fife, fire represents reckless beauty, but my overall favorite type is poison

    Make a post without saying 'Dude' And not every thread needs a poll.

    I like Water. Fire sucks in competative battling, can't pull off a sweep easily due to Stealth Rock, and get walled by a lot of common things, especially with all of these resistances flying around. Waters are incredible offensively and defensively (ever heard 'bulky waters') They learn a vast amount of moves, and have dominated a large part of today's metagame.

    Water for me.
     
    I never really did like many of the fire type pokemon, so it's definitely water for my choice. Also, in my opinion fire types are over rated. Charizard anyone?
     
    It's a tie for me. Game-wise, I find them both extremely useful. Symbolically, I find them equal also. Personally... still a tie.

    If I had to choose, I suppose it would be... erm... Fire.
     
    Water types for me (DUH XD) They're beautiful & very strong (offensively & defensively) & the places you find them are beautiful. There's just something all-around good about them ^^
