fitness???

I just wanna have a constant 80kg body, average tummy , average muscle and chubby face.

get on that donny!
...like im one to talk ive been eating terribly :(

but! i started using an app called sworkit and it's really nice like ive been doing 5min simple exercise routines and theyre easy and i dont get bored and they show you how to do them and i did 15min of it today :))

Fixed it. Probably. Was down to 262 last night (I check my weight frequently because I'm experimenting with what all adds weight and how much so I can get a better grasp on my dietary limits), which probably means my official weigh-in tonight should be a favorable drop.

Good on you to have found a way to not get bored exercising! My personal way of not getting bored was by listening to either podcasts or music while walking.

i will probably be walking a lot more when my housemate moves out. since we work at the same place with the same shift we tend to go together and she dont wanna walk but i'd do 20min before and after work nbd. if the weather wasnt so crap :/

what has this week's diet been like? just more like what you were doing before or somethingn tweaked?

also @226 ugh. literally this whole week has been greek yogurt for breakfast/avacado&salad&oranges for lunch everything sux

This past week I stopped eating nearly as much as I had been the previous 2 weeks, really, so it was a return to what was my normal diet during my weight-loss challenge (aka portion control and limits on frequency of eating).

And those foods you're eating are relatively high calorie/high fat "healthy" foods. Watch your portions and the frequency with which you eat them. Cucumbers and carrots both have much more in the way of nutrients with far fewer calories. Actually, any of the below are a better substitute for avocados. Avocado flesh is quite fatty compared to other veggies and fruit.

Spoiler:

Also, if you're making salad, mix in self-sliced strawberries for your fruit content and forgo the oranges. 100 grams of strawberries has 15 fewer calories than 100 grams of oranges, typically.

Muhhhhh are we talking about weight in here? *looks down at waist*
I should really eat less snacks and sweets. But, they're so goooood! I'm at... 180 pounds right now, I think? That's actually technically overweight for my height (lol bmi) But I don't look it... At all. Ideally I'd like to lose about 20 pounds... I don't mind my size, but it could be better. Honestly, it's really a matter of eating less terrible junk food.

Found out I have hypothyroidism (low thyroid/ slow metabolism) and going to start medication soon.

43kg, BMI of 19.8, BF% of 23. Looking to lower BF to 21% and gain 0.5kg.
Ideally reaching this goal by August 2016. 4 months seems like a good amount of time to balance out but I might only be able to lower BF to 22%.
Trying my best to eat better and gym more but it gets quite difficult due to low energy. Currently focusing on 45 mins of heavy weights at the gym (2-3x a week) with 1 hour of spinning on Saturday. Yoga on Sunday.
Assumed Cal expenditure: 1400/day. Currently focusing on more on intuitive eating so not calorie-counting.

Looking to buy and eat more organic. And have less sugar. Aside from in chocolate, I don't have unrefined flour or sugar often, but I tend to consume sugar in forms of dried fruit and fructose (honey, fruit) and I really should cut back..
