Focus Shift

Josh was surprised, that had revealed much more about her then he had expected, more then actually replying with emotion might have done. A quote came to mind, "If you argue with any emotion then you are an extremist, yet if you argue without emotion no one will follow you" or something along those lines. Josh gave his own smile, "You revealed more of yourself then you realize, but for now we really should go and find the others" he said.

Kellyn was stunned after Giratina had probed their minds. It felt like everything, every secret she now knew. He listened to her intently, the Sword of Origin and Deathwalking were interesting and he looked over at Harley. He could tell she felt the same way. It sounded like he had screwed up big time.

"Harley," Giratina spoke softly, "only you can awaken your power, only you can find its potential, and only you can walk where the dead do. However, you are able to take others down with you. But beware for the Death Realm is nothing like this Distortion World and the Aether World you walk."

Harley was the key to saving this world, but was she the key to theirs?

Alternate Earth

Giratina sighed, "I am sorry my children that I am so low on information, it is just that you need to learn things for yourself; somethings can only be learnt like that." Miharu thanked Giratina before motioning for all of them to exit the Distortion World. Something about Giratina's mind probe annoyed Anthony, it felt as though a small bit of Giratina had remained in his head, yet when he focussed on it, it disappeared. He shook his head, pushing the thought from his mind.

Miharu took then through the maze of the underground city, there didn't seem to be many people here, but the few that were kept well out of sight. It was a little confussing going through all the passage ways and by the seventh turn, Anthony was already lost; he just hoped that this Miharu knew the way. She took them into what looked like a small dining room, rows of what looked like picnic tables lined the centre while a wall was taken up with food. Not much food remained, and most of it was plain, fruit, vegetables, bread, mostly organic stuff.

"Our food supplies are slowly dwindling, but we still grow and make enough to sustain ourselves. Go ahead." Miharu, Kris, Josh and Raike took up a table, leaving Anthony Harley and Kellyn to get some food. Anthony did not know how hungry he was until he took a bite of an apple, the juicy fruit awakening his stomach; time travelling had made them hungry. He took a couple of buns, another apple and what looked to be a tomato. He sat at a table that was not beside the Alternate Shifters; something about them set him off, but he could not put his finger on it.

He ate his food slowly, thinking about what Giratina had said and everything that had happened. They couldn't really proceed without Harley Death Walking, and Giratina had been sketchy on details about it which made it worse. Nor did he know how to approach Harley about it, but surely she could do it, couldn't she? He realised then that they would not be able to go back to their Earth until they had fixed things here; why did things have to be so difficult for them?

Past Earth

Mathias acknowleged Josh's statement about Michio being a woman, but he was not surprised at all. After Michio's rebuttal, and taking into consideration that they were from the future and knew a bit about women's rights in Mathias' time, he completely understood her plight to become a man. He laughed at bit at the attempt though. "Since you know where the other two are and their situation," he directed at Miharu, "would you mind taking us there." Miharu nodded at his request, "certainly," she said before walking off, everybody else following her.

After a couple of minutes they found themselves at the castle of the lord that ruled over thier little village and the surrounding land. He was a nice man, but he was mostly shrouded in darkness, not many of the citizens knew much about him, but he kept them happy so they did not pry; he had control over them. Mathias turned to everyone behind him having walked beside Miharu for most of the way, "we can shift to get into the building, walls are not a problem in the Ghost Realm, but it is finding them that is difficult; they could be anywhere." He turned to Miharu, "I'm thinking that they are in the dungeon; it would be the most obvious place to have them, but we don't know what our assailants think like. It is still our best bet though."

All five of them Shifted, they had the plans firmly thought out. Once shifted, they split into three groups; Miharu and Josh would head towards Raike, Angelica and Kris would go rescue Angelina and finally Mathias would rescue the Pokemon as they were being held together. They walked past the guards and into the grand entrance, walking straight through the closed door.

"Okay, I have figured out this trick," he thought to the others, "if there is a floor beneath you that you cannot immediately get to, then like walls, you can go through the floor. But there is a trick to it, unlike walking through walls, you have to will your body to go through the floor." he showed them as an example, falling through the floor, but landing gently on the ground below. "Don't be scared," he thought to them, "if there is not another floor below, you won't be able to."

Once everyone was below, they split into their designated groups and went after their targets. They had agreed to meet back here when they had their target with them, and then together the seven of them would escape.

[Note: People cannot be taken into the the Aether Realm nor out without their Catalysts if they have one. Also a Shifters soul will be brighter than normal peoples'.]

Kellyn followed the Alternate group out. He was surprised to see Giratina here but he figured since she was a guardian of earth, why not? He continued to follow the others, wherever they were going. He watched as the group went through the city, passing houses and tepees.

They continued into what looked like a mess hall, complete with tables and food.

"Our food supplies are slowly dwindling, but we still grow and make enough to sustain ourselves. Go ahead," said the alternate Miharu. He nodded and walked over too the table with food and grabbed a couple biscuits. He sat next to Anthony and watched the other group. They looked paranoid beyond belief but then again they were in this piece of s**t world. He slowly took a bite and smiled as his stomach felt better. He let Bliss out and petted her, giving her a biscuit.

He wondered how his sister was doing, she was on her own adventure and it had been a month since they talked. I wonder if I'll see her again, he thought.

Harley breathed deeply but silently as they walked to god knows where. She didn't want to go anywhere but her feet dragged her along, following behind Anthony. She didn't feel like eating anything but her hand grabbed a stale piece of bread and she sat next to Anthony and Kellyn. She didn't feel like talking and luckily, neither did her mouth. She took a bite of the bread. It was tasteless, tough, bland, plain and very boring. She chewed very slowly, carefully making as less noise as possible. At the moment, being the centre of attention was what she wanted the least but she could feel eyes on her and it was making her nervous, frustrated and most of all, nauseated.

So, she was the one that everyone was relying on. They could not proceed until she had mastered some ability she knew next to nothing about. They could not even attempt to restore peace or something until she could do this deathwalking thing. It was all so depressing. She took another silent bite of the bread and chewed it slowly.

Her thoughts were suddenly stopped as she stopped breathing and started to cough and choke. She could feel the lump of bread blocking her pipe as she tried to push it out. It wouldn't budge and she felt the air she tried to gasp in becoming more and more precious. Ceri quickly dropped the food in his hand and grabbed Harley's chest, pushing his claws up to avoid an accident like last time. He squeezed her chest and the bread spluttered out of her mouth and onto the table.

"What is wrong with me?!" She screamed loudly and gasped for air again. Her voice echoed through the underground city and she could feel more eyes on her than before. She sat down and tried to maintain her breathing. The rest of the bread was still in her hand. She looked at it, screamed again and threw it across the room.

Past Earth

Mathias was the last to appear when they had agreed to meet up within the castle, both Catalysts in his arm. When he had picked them up they seemed incredibly weak, but as they got closer to their Shifters, they began to brighten up and get stronger, the link that bonded the human and Pokemon growing back. Their Shifters were the same, they looked like wrecks on the verge of ripping out their brains, yet as their Catalysts got closer, they got stronger, brighter and once reunited, they were almost back to normal.

The reunion was short lived, as their kidnappers appeared before them, Mathias noticed how they appeared and gasped, these people could walk through the Ghost Realm too, yet their Pokemon were not similar to any they had.

"Who are you?" Mathias asked them, his Mightyena growling by his side.

The man with the Cofagrigus spoke, "We are the servants of Giratina, she has gifted us with power so that we may stop you and help shape this world into what it should be like." His partners Gengar chuckled evilly.

"This world is fine," Mathias snapped, "we will not let you change it!" His Mightyena charged forward, "Crunch, Mightyena!" he roared as his Catalysts headed for the Cofagrius.

The Cofagrigus shrunk within its shell, which glowed an eerie white glow, as Mightyena tried to Crunch her opponent. It had little effect, the Cofagrigus had used Protect! With Mightyena in close, its eyes glowed, Mathias watched in shock as it disabled his Mightyena's Crunch attack then burnt in with Will-o-Wisp.

Mightyena jumped back and howled, its fur singed and hurt badly from the burn. "Dark Pulse!" Mathias cried and his Mightyena attacked again, this time from further away, dark matter pulsing out from its mouth towards the Cofagrigus.

The Cofagrigus used protect again, and it trainer laughed, "Stupid fool, give up now."

"Never!" Mathias yelled as his Mightyena continued to blast the Cofagrigus with waves of darkness, he was hoping that doing it long enough would be enough to break the opponents protect.

Alternate Earth

Anthony jumped as Harley threw the bread across the room after nearly choking on it, warranting angry looks from the Alternate Shifters. "Settle Harley," Anthony said snapping a bit, "we have no control over this, so don't push yourself, I believe in you. I know that you will be able to find how to Death Walk." He looked over to the Alternate Shifters, "Do you have anywhere we can stay the night?"

The Alternate Miharu spoke a final couple of words to her friends before they dispersed off. She came over and motioned them to follow her out of the Dining Hall and down another corridor. Within a few minutes they arrived at three empty rooms with the barest of essentials; a bed, a bathroom with a sink and toilet and a beside table with a lamp on it.

"Goodnight," she said coldly before briskly walking off, something was definitely strange about these Alternate people, but Anthony still could not put his finger on it as waves of sleep began to hit him. Before he knew he was lying on the bed, eyes closed and drifting off to sleep; it had been a while since he had been to sleep.

His sleep was plagued with weird dreams, and only several of them were really vivid, but seemed to be more nightmares than dreams. The one that occurred the most was him alone in pitch blackness, and all he could do was run in any direction and it to nowhere. It was just pitch blackness, and there weren't even walls of some kind to bump into. This continued on and off for ages until the last dream of it occurred.

There was now a light in the distance, and so he began to run towards it. It was far away and he only seemed to be getting further behind despite running at what he felt like was full pelt. He yelled at it to stop, but it just carried on, getting out of sight, so he gave up, he sat down on the blackness.

"My sister only comes to those she knows have a good heart," spoke a voice from behind Anthony. The voice made the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end, and his spine shivered. He turned around, noticing the faint outline of what looked to be a Pokemon. "I am Darkrai, Shifter," Darkrai spoke, "I have come to aid you in your quest. But I can only give you once piece of information."

"What is that?" Anthony asked.

"Find my sister, she can help you." Darkrai faded into the darkness, his final words reverberating around the dark world.

Anthony woke up onto of the bed, his clothes drenched in sweat and puffing as if he had run a long distance. He remembered Darkrai's words, and began planning what they were going to do next.

Cresselia danced within Harley's mind, filling her dreams with good thoughts. She loved doing this to those with good hearts, and making Harley's dreams seem happy just made her even more happy. She dived and swooped around Harley and appeared before her in an area that was complete white. Only a dark spot rested in the distance, and Cresselia did her best to block it out from Harley's view.

"Hello Death Walker."

Giratina watched from an advantage point where she could not be seen in Kellyn's dream. She watched as he dreamed whatever he dreamed. She knew he would not see her, but was worried that he might be able to know that something was watching him. "There Shifters sure are interesting." she thought to herself.

Miharu Mizushima:

They had found Raike and carried him to the specified place in which they were to meet. Then the kidnapper had appeared. They said something about Giratina giving them power in order to shape the world. Miharu narrowed her eyes. Giratina could not give anyone powers to shape this world, and if she even tried, her treasured Distortion World would die, collapse. After all, after what Cyrus did, there was more pollution in the Distortion World. Anything more and it would collapse, although, perhaps, this Giratina did not know this. It didn't really matter; whoever this guy was, he was obviously insane, thinking that Giratina gave him powers.

"Whoever the kidnapper is, he is obviously insane," stated Miharu dryly. "If Giratina tried to mess with this world, her world, the Distortion World would collapse."

Miharu heard a growl from another person. He released his pokemon; a Gengar. At the sight of it, Miharu couldn't help but chuckle a bit.

"A Gengar? I train, perhaps, the strongest Gengar ever," stated Miharu. "Does insane man two really think he could beat me with his medicore Gengar." Miharu paused slightly. "Also, do not tell my Gengar I called him the strongest. He does not need a bigger ego boost."

The man growled. "I'll show you to take me seriously! Gengar! Shadow Ball!"

Gengar collected energy into his hands before launching the black energy at Sei. Miharu sighed.

"Sei."

Sei closed her eyes, and a blue light formed over the Shadow Ball, stopping it with her mind. Sei then returned to server, who was staring at his stopped Shadow Ball in shock. The man growled. "Dodge it!"

Gengar tried to dodge it, but the Psychic sent the Shadow Ball back to him at twice the speed. It made contact on Gengar's stomach and he flew backwards. He managed to catch himself before he hit the wall though.

"Gengar, Hypnosis!"

Gengar sent telepathic waves to Sei who still had her eyes closed in response. Miharu sighed. "Sei, Psybeam."

Sei sent a ray of colourful energy at the Gengar who was still concentrating on putting Sei to sleep. It made contact, and it was giving Gengar a lot of pain. The man cursed, getting angry.

"(beep) this!" shouted the man. "Gengar, Shadow Ball on the trainer!"

Genger built up power and shot it off towards Miharu. Miharu looked calmly at the Shadow Ball as it was heading her way. When it was about to hit her, Miharu spun and kicked the Shadow Ball at the man. The man was hit on the stomach and went flying into the wall from the small explosion of impact. Miharu whistled.

"Lucky~!" she stated. The man groaned before passing out. The Gengar sweatdropped, nervous. Sei grinned at Gengar.

"Are you going to give up, or what?" asked Sei in pokespeak.

Gengar sighed and seemed to be giving up, before he grabbed his trainer and shifted through the wall, disappearing. Sei sighed.

"Yeah, that's what I thought your answer would be," mumbled Sei.

Miharu rolled her eyes. "That is a smart move though. Retreat to fight another day. Or, one of my favorite quotes, 'We are not retreating, we are just advancing in the opposite direction!'"

"Hello, Death Walker."

Harley quickly spun around. Everything had been so great. Her dreams, for the first time in a long time, had been pleasant ones. Filled with things Harley loved: Her Pokémon, legends coming to life, mythical Pokémon. She had ticked them off her imaginary list as she saw glimpses of them and remembered facts and such about them. She only took the Cresselia as another dream until it had come so close to her and brought her to this white area. It was quiet, there was no noise. Peaceful. Eerie.

"Cresselia," she said to herself. It was beautiful, so realistic. One of the only female legendaries, able to rid of nightmares and give pleasant dreams. Even so much as to heal a mental scar. Or so the books said. So that's why her dreams had been so nice. She swallowed slowly. "H-hello. Cresselia. Why are you here?"

Josh watched as Miharu defeated the gengar and his trainer, he wondered if it was smart to let them escape, they could come back to cause problems. He said nothing though, "So we won, against people claiming to work with Giratina... Funny how the more you know about something the more questions it raises" he said, then sighed, it was true on so many levels. "I guess we should go get our weapon to kill Arceus now that Raike and Angelica are here" he said, a slight pause to remember exactly what they had been about to do before they went to find the two.

Miharu petted Sei who purred at the contact.

"If they do try to attack us again, Sei already knows their presence and will be able to warn us," Miharu stated. "We were going to Spear Pillar and we were going to try to find the Hall of Origin when I stated that we needed the Azure Flute." Miharu sighed. "If we were back home, I could contact a friend who does have the Azure Flute. And I have all of the plates back home as well, which could..." Miharu's eyes widened as her mind raced.

Couldn't Arceus move through time as well? If he gave Dialga that power, it means he has access to it as well. That could possibly mean that Arceus could always go to our time at my house to grab the plates and the protection I gave them would not be able to withstand Arceus's power. If he has all of the plates, he can change his typing to anything he wants and we only have psychic and dark types with limited moves. If we were needed to do battle with him, it would be better to not only get the weapon but pokemon of different types. Not only that, but if Arceus has all plates then where would the Blade of Origin be? Wait, what if...

Without warning, Miharu suddenly coughed violently into her hand. She glanced at her hand if only to see blood. She cursed.

And Dialga could not have sent me with my medicine the bloody bastard. Of course an attack has to happen now!

Sei glanced up at Miharu, knowing an attack was about to happen. Miharu coughed more into her hand and blood came out of her mouth every time she coughed. Sei's eyes turned blue as she stared into Miharu's eyes. Allowing the Hypnosis to wash over her, Miharu fell to the ground, asleep, blood coming freely from her mouth and blood on her palm.

Miharu started coughing blood, after a moment she fell asleep from Sei using Hypnosis on her. Josh wondered what had happened, "Miharu is..." he struggled to find a word that would describe the situation without showing dis concern for Miharu, he failed "apparently disabled" he said, knowing it sounded slightly uncaring, "So I guess the question becomes should we wait for the one who obviously knows the most about what we're doing or do we leave her with the town healer and try and get the blade ourselves" he said. He wondered over the question himself, "I don't think time is a friend here, if it takes too long for Miharu to recover we may end up trapped by more of whoever those guys were, but we have a much greater chance of success if she is with us. And I don't think it would be anywhere near wise to bring Miharu with us in her current state" he said.

Sei walked up to Josh's Umbreon.

"I know with our types we might not be the best of friends," stated Sei, "but as your trainer said, my trainer is helpful with your mission as well. Miharu...is different from other humans. Humans only use about ten percent of their brain, Miharu uses all one hundred of her brain, which is why she is so smart. However, it causes backlash to her body and as such she can get these attacks. I can transport her easily using Psychic, I have been doing this my whole life, and this isn't the worst attack she has had. I would say a three or two at the most. She will only need about ten minutes but if your trainer and the others need to get moving now, I can carry her with Psychic. Please summarize this for your trainer in the Aether Realm."

Having told Odessa about her trainer's condition, Sei walked back to the sleeping Miharu and nuzzled her cheek. She could tell that Miharu was breathing a bit easier now. Stupid Dialga, sending her back in time without her medicine.

Josh saw Sei talking to Odessa in pokespeak, he berated himself for not thinking of just asking Sei how bad this could be, that could have made the decision extremely obvious. As soon as Sei was done talking Josh sent himself into the Aether realm so Odessa could tell him what Sei had told her, "10 minutes, or Sei can carry her" she said, then the world shifted back into color as they re-entered the contemporary realm. Josh wondered how Sei could carry Miharu, then the obvious fact hit him that she was psychic, "I'm off today" he thought, but didn't say, ten minutes seemed like a reasonable time frame. He decided waiting would probably be the best thing to do, they could try and think of a plan for getting the sword while they waited, "Alright, any plans for actually getting the sword he said" forgetting completely that the others didn't know what Sei had told Odessa who had told him.

After Josh asked the question, Miharu mumbled something.

"Gather all plates..." she said before sitting up, wiping the blood from her hands and mouth. She was a little bit dizzy from the attack and pale, but otherwise she was fine. "As I stated before, Arceus gets his power from all of the elemental plates. I am going to guess that the sword might as well. Gather the plates and we might have the sword. When I studied the plates, I noticed something odd about them. There was a message within the message of all of the plates." Miharu paused. Something wasn't right. She felt like she was forgetting something. "Wait, I have only gathered sixteen of Arceus's plates. There is one plate that is rumored to have existed. So far, it is only called the Question Mark Plate. It is apparently a new typing, which is why even when I had 'all' of the plates together, a sword did not just pop out of nowhere. Maybe that last plate is the key to everything..."

The haunted minions...

-----

I watched as Mathias and Miharu defeated the man with the Cofagrigus and the man with the Gengar. Right after that, everyone, mainly Miharu, began formulating plans for taking down Arceus. All the way until Miharu started coughing up blood and Sei put her to sleep. Miharu woke up a few minutes later.

It seemed Miharu was fine, because she immediately began to talk.

"The Question Mark Plate? You're kidding? It sounds like you just made that up." I stated, "I've never heard of it, and the name 'Question Mark Plate' sounds a little...pathetic." I didn't finish my seemingly heartless rant because three more men ran up. No doubt their friends, which we let escape, reported to them. All three of them had ghost-type pokemon, and the one who confronted me had a Chandelure.

"Be gone foolish child!" The man yelled as he sent his Chandelure into battle.

Jebus, are we in some sort of pathetic movie now? I motioned for Dusk to go into battle. This man seemed weak, and I had a type advantage. Still, no reason to let up, is there? "Dusk, start off the fight with Faint Attack!" I commanded. "Let's see how long this lasts." Yes, I knew I currently sounded like an arrogant prick, and I had little idea why that might be. Perhaps because of everything that's been going on. Oh well, time to destroy some Chandelure.

Dusk faded from sight, reappearing right in front of Chandelure and pounding it into the wall. The Chandelure countered with a Confuse Ray, which Dusk easily dodged. Dusk launched a Confuse Ray of his own, which the Chandelure wasn't lucky enough to esacpe. It's eyes changed from yellow to purple and it began to sway wildly. The man tried to get it to use Flame Burst, but all it did was launch the Flame Burst at the ceiling, making embers float down all around the room.

"Now use Taunt, Torment, Double Team and Shadow Ball!" The Chandelure recovered from confusion, only to be pelted by supposed insults from Taunt and Torment. Now it could only use damaging moves and couldn't use the same move twice in a row. On top of that, Dusk duplicated itself with Double Team and launched a large, dark blob at the Chandelure. The Chandelure didn't know which to dodge, so it was hit with full-force and slammed against its trainer.

"Heat Wave!" The Chandelure quickly recovered and luanched a large wave of heat that burned Dusk. It then proceeded to use Hex, which doubled in power due to the burn. Dusk was thrown into the air from the moves and fell to the groun with a large thump.

"Yawn, Wish, then Dream Eater when the Chandelure falls asleep." Dusk let loose a pinkish spray of bubbles that popped in Chandelure's face, making its eyes droop. Dusk then chanted something that would somehow heal him soon. The Chandelure fell to the ground, asleep. Dusk regained most of his health before sapping even more away from Chandelure with Dream Eater. The Chandelure never woke up, because it fainted right there.

"Come on Dusk." I said before turning back to the others.

OOC: Did we have a limit on the number of moves we could use? If we did, oops.

Kellyn watched as the Alt. Miharu walked away and the others into there own rooms. He silently sighed and walked into his own, withdrawing Bliss into her pokeball. He laid on the bed for awhile, slowly falling to sleep.

~~~~~
Kellyn sat on what seemed like a pedestal. He looked around, I must be dreaming, he thought. He stared out the window to find it barren and lifeless. His face changed as he absorbed everything. Maybe it was shock, but he didn't know. This can't be! he thought. Slowly, he collapsed against the wall and laid there as images flickered in his brain. They were all of him slaying the other shifter and harming the others. He closed his eyes trying to remove the images and held back tears.
~~~~

He looked up soon after, a feeling of eyes laying upon him. He stared around the room and found nothing. He put his face in his hands, still feeling the eyes.

-Raike watched as the others fought, grinning slightly. It felt kinda good to sit out a fight every once in a while. It wasn't like he could do much anyway, as he was still recovering from being separated his Catalyst. He did however, stumble over to Angelina, to check if she was alright. He apologized to her quickly.-

"Sorry, it's my fault we were captured... If I had been a bit more focused, I might have heard them... sorry."

-He turned to the others, smiling weakly-

"Thanks for coming for us guys."

Miharu glanced at Raike, raising an eyebrow. "What, did Raike think that we were going to leave Angelina and Raike to rot? If so, then it is obvious that Raike does not know us that well." Miharu glanced at one of the three pokemon trainers, the one who wasn't in battle. "Should I battle another one, or does someone want to take the last idiot?"

Harley's Dream

Cresselia chuckled and zoomed around Harley once before returning to hover in front of her, "I am here to give you advice, advice that you should heed." She twirled around, obviously in a happy mood. She settled once more in front of Harley, controlling her urges so that she could deliver the message to Harley.

"My brother can teach you how to Death Walk, however you must see him alone. He lives on Halfmoon Isle, which will appear tomorrow night when the moon is at halfway. I suggest you take that opportunity to see him."

Cresselia waited for Harley to respond, in case she had answers that Harley needed answering; if they were questions she was allowed to answer.

Alternate Earth

Awake, Anthony could not get to sleep, the warning Darkrai had given him is his sleep spooked him, what was Cresselia supposed to help him with exactly? He had made plans, but he wasn't entirely sure whether he was meant to do them alone, or with the others.

In order to make a decision, he left his room, heading to the room that Kellyn slept in. He looked so peaceful when he slept, despite the twitches, and Anthony caught himself thinking again at how Kellyn, someone so young could kill Harley and him.

Gently shaking Kellyn awake, he whispered his name, "Kellyn, wake up man!"

Past Earth

It had taken a while, but they had all managed to make it out alive, beating back their opponents before escaping through the Aether Realm then out into the real world. When they returned, it was later in the day, the Spearow, Taillow and other birds were happily chirping noisily in the trees overhead. Yet when they all reappeared in the real world, the birds went silent.

Huffing and puffing, Mathias turned to their little band, "it seems we have some sort of adversaries. But before we deal with them, we need to head up to Mount Coronet," he said pointing to the peak in the distance, "there we should be able to find some sort of answers to the questions we have."
Angelina looked a little pale, but she was starting to colour up, and she was helped by her sister. Supporting Angelina, Angelica took her to Mathias side, the three Past Shifters joining together.

"I suggest we head off now, our adversaries will possibly look for us around here first before going further out." She took a look at Mathias who took the burden of her sister off her, "And we still have to find out what exactly this sword is, and what we are meant to do with it."

One look and the two nodded to each other in agreement. Angelica shouldered both their packs while Mathias swung Angelina onto his back; giving her a piggy-back. They begun walking towards the huge mountain; its top shrouded in almost constant cloud. The other could follow if they wanted to, was better than being taken prisoner.

Josh followed Mathias as he carried Angelina, he wondered what the other shifters who hadn't tried to go to the dimension world, but to the library, were up to. A series of thoughts passed through his head, mostly concerning why he had chosen the distortion world over the library, he sighed and decided to let that what if fall away. The next series of thoughts was about how the others were doing, "I doubt there at the library as much as I doubt were in the distortion world" he thought to himself, "I wonder which group is worse off at the moment?" he wondered over this thought for a moment, "Kidnapping, then attacked, and now we're going up a mountain to learn about a sword we have no clue what looks like or where it even is just that we need it, as well as running from an endless stream of enemies" he thought bleakly, Odessa looked at him and he realized he had been muttering under his breath.

Josh sighed, he wondered what else would happen before this 'adventure' before it ended. A few bleak thoughts later led him to the conclusion that one of the few ways that this could still go wrong was with their death, he wouldn't put it past the legends to sacrifice a few people for the good of the whole. He pulled his mind from the thoughts before he drove himself to depression and continued on, following Mathias up Mount Coronet.
