Past Earth
Mathias was the last to appear when they had agreed to meet up within the castle, both Catalysts in his arm. When he had picked them up they seemed incredibly weak, but as they got closer to their Shifters, they began to brighten up and get stronger, the link that bonded the human and Pokemon growing back. Their Shifters were the same, they looked like wrecks on the verge of ripping out their brains, yet as their Catalysts got closer, they got stronger, brighter and once reunited, they were almost back to normal.
The reunion was short lived, as their kidnappers appeared before them, Mathias noticed how they appeared and gasped, these people could walk through the Ghost Realm too, yet their Pokemon were not similar to any they had.
"Who are you?" Mathias asked them, his Mightyena growling by his side.
The man with the Cofagrigus spoke, "We are the servants of Giratina, she has gifted us with power so that we may stop you and help shape this world into what it should be like." His partners Gengar chuckled evilly.
"This world is fine," Mathias snapped, "we will not let you change it!" His Mightyena charged forward, "Crunch, Mightyena!" he roared as his Catalysts headed for the Cofagrius.
The Cofagrigus shrunk within its shell, which glowed an eerie white glow, as Mightyena tried to Crunch her opponent. It had little effect, the Cofagrigus had used Protect! With Mightyena in close, its eyes glowed, Mathias watched in shock as it disabled his Mightyena's Crunch attack then burnt in with Will-o-Wisp.
Mightyena jumped back and howled, its fur singed and hurt badly from the burn. "Dark Pulse!" Mathias cried and his Mightyena attacked again, this time from further away, dark matter pulsing out from its mouth towards the Cofagrigus.
The Cofagrigus used protect again, and it trainer laughed, "Stupid fool, give up now."
"Never!" Mathias yelled as his Mightyena continued to blast the Cofagrigus with waves of darkness, he was hoping that doing it long enough would be enough to break the opponents protect.
Alternate Earth
Anthony jumped as Harley threw the bread across the room after nearly choking on it, warranting angry looks from the Alternate Shifters. "Settle Harley," Anthony said snapping a bit, "we have no control over this, so don't push yourself, I believe in you. I know that you will be able to find how to Death Walk." He looked over to the Alternate Shifters, "Do you have anywhere we can stay the night?"
The Alternate Miharu spoke a final couple of words to her friends before they dispersed off. She came over and motioned them to follow her out of the Dining Hall and down another corridor. Within a few minutes they arrived at three empty rooms with the barest of essentials; a bed, a bathroom with a sink and toilet and a beside table with a lamp on it.
"Goodnight," she said coldly before briskly walking off, something was definitely strange about these Alternate people, but Anthony still could not put his finger on it as waves of sleep began to hit him. Before he knew he was lying on the bed, eyes closed and drifting off to sleep; it had been a while since he had been to sleep.
His sleep was plagued with weird dreams, and only several of them were really vivid, but seemed to be more nightmares than dreams. The one that occurred the most was him alone in pitch blackness, and all he could do was run in any direction and it to nowhere. It was just pitch blackness, and there weren't even walls of some kind to bump into. This continued on and off for ages until the last dream of it occurred.
There was now a light in the distance, and so he began to run towards it. It was far away and he only seemed to be getting further behind despite running at what he felt like was full pelt. He yelled at it to stop, but it just carried on, getting out of sight, so he gave up, he sat down on the blackness.
"My sister only comes to those she knows have a good heart," spoke a voice from behind Anthony. The voice made the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end, and his spine shivered. He turned around, noticing the faint outline of what looked to be a Pokemon. "I am Darkrai, Shifter," Darkrai spoke, "I have come to aid you in your quest. But I can only give you once piece of information."
"What is that?" Anthony asked.
"Find my sister, she can help you." Darkrai faded into the darkness, his final words reverberating around the dark world.
Anthony woke up onto of the bed, his clothes drenched in sweat and puffing as if he had run a long distance. He remembered Darkrai's words, and began planning what they were going to do next.

Cresselia danced within Harley's mind, filling her dreams with good thoughts. She loved doing this to those with good hearts, and making Harley's dreams seem happy just made her even more happy. She dived and swooped around Harley and appeared before her in an area that was complete white. Only a dark spot rested in the distance, and Cresselia did her best to block it out from Harley's view.
"Hello Death Walker."

Giratina watched from an advantage point where she could not be seen in Kellyn's dream. She watched as he dreamed whatever he dreamed. She knew he would not see her, but was worried that he might be able to know that something was watching him. "There Shifters sure are interesting." she thought to herself.
