Wii: Mario Kart Wii (I'd probably put Twilight Princess first, actually, but it is a GCN game in my mind)

DS: The Pokemon mainline games (too many to mention lol)
3DS: Now this is hard. In the end it's probably between Animal Crossing New Leaf and Pokemon X, though.

PSOne: Tekken - yep, the very first one...Particularly liked King, and there was more of the animal-based fighters in this one, compared to the later releases...does anyone else here remember the first one? And there was that boxing kangaroo as well, can't recall his name now...:P Ahh, good times - anyway, sorry, got a bit off-topic there!
PS2: Hmm...would have to be Spyro 2, used to have great fun playing this
