    [PokeCommunity.com] Forgotten ROM hacks

Some Pokémon ROM hacks went forgotten or never got the attention that was required. Some of them because they never got completed or because they weren't appealing back in the day. This topic is intended to discuss and share the ones you regard as underrated and forgotten, some that just need some attention again.

    My list:

    Keep adding more. Please.

Pokemon Identity was far and away the best hack in terms of the story I've seen - it was never completed but still worth a play if you're into a heavily story based game. There are really a lot of great hacks that didn't get any attention because they were abandoned, it's a shame it seems like all the best hacks are the ones that never get completed.

There were these two hacks I played when I was new (they were in Spanish, good thing I know it :3), one wasn't long at all, but it was amazing from what I remember. It was called Pokemon Heroes.

The other one was called Pokemon Keyra, and it had like, 3 betas. They were really good from what I remember.

    Some games have been added.

Definitely Pokemon Quartz, you know that Fakemon game.
I think it's complete, not too sure though. Don't remember.

Shiny Gold could be on this list, not because it was forgotten (because it wasn't) however few people play it nowadays because it's incomplete. (I think.)

I'm searching some new ones. Apollo and Empire Isle adventure also look very good. If you have other suggestions, be free to post them.

ASH QUEST has been added! It's a full remake of the first anime season and it's considered forgotten since it's a completed ROM hack and it's not even in the HACK SHOWCASE! It is in the beginner lounge for some strange reason... The game got probably forgotten because it wasn't of the highest quality and was very buggy and had some bad covering, but as it's a full game it should be in the Studio for sure.

How about Pokemon: My Ass version?

Obviously the language is too mature for this site and that's why it gets missed but it is a pretty funny hack to play. Definitely recommend googling it and finding out about it. Another one which doesn't have a release but is funny is Pokemon: Harsh version.

Edit: It's only a ROM so I made a patch of it. Download attached to play

One hack that I like is Pokemon Super Rising Thunder, a hack of Pokemon FireRed Version or Pokemon Ruby Version, I can't remember which. I don't remember who made it, but I remember that I got the UPS patch here on PokeCommunity. You play as a Pichu years after humans (the Magicians) were wiped out by a nuclear war. You go on a quest for Raikou to stop a prophesied great worm from the north from destroying the world. You get the move Super Rising Thunder (Volt Tackle without recoil damage) and you have to navigate through dungeons full of traps. (S)he only released a beta and I don't know where it ends, but (s)he seems to have abandoned the hack.
