I found this idea on Serebii. Basicially, if Metronome comes out a WTF attack, post it here.
Against Whitney, her Clefairy's Metronome came out Flash Cannon, Slugde Bomb and Nightmare, the latter when my Magby wasn't asleep

PS: If any moderators feel the need to merge this with the WTF Moment thread, I don't mind if you do.

Oh god, I had that with Snorlax, except it was Bounce. So it provided more lulz, as nothing could take a Bounce from Snorlax and survive....

    However, on Hg/Ss against Clair.....

    Clefairy used Endure!
    Gyarados used Dragon Pulse!
    Clefairy endured the hit!
Clefairy's Salac Berry boosted its' speed!
Clefairy used Metronome. Metronome turned into Thunderbolt!
    Gyarados fainted.

I then metronomed Spacial Rend, Draco Meteor, and Roar of Time...not kidding either. The last one didn't kill Clefairy though.

    On PBR:
    Vulpix used Double Team!
    Vulpix's evasiveness rose!
    Munchlax used Metronome!
    Munchlax used Defog!

That was by far my favorite Metronome.

In Platinum, though, I was facing Fantina:
    Togepi used Metronome!
    Togepi used Blast Burn!

Next turn, I got Judgement... too bad these were Ghost types.

Metronome confirmed that Whitney is very, VERY attached to her Clefairy.

I was using a Lv25 Pidgeotto at the time. Her Clefairy used Metronome and it came up Frustration. The move (which gets STAB, of course) did all of 1 HP of damage. I laughed. Then I used Quick Attack to finish it.

But be very fearful if Metronome ever comes up Return...

I didn't get this myself, but I've seen it brought up before:

    Togepi used Metronome!
    Togepi used Fling!
    The Lucky Egg was thrown!

    ...

    Really release Togepi?
    Bye-bye, Togepi!

Togepi uses metronome. Metronome became aeroblast!
    Ariados fainted.
    Both trainers: o.O
    Togepi: Standing there cheering.

Clefairy used metronome! Clefairy used sacred fire, it missed! Charizard used metronome! Charizard used sketch! Charizard sucessfully copies Sacred fire and uses it, Clefairy fainted! Yeah, I know it's fake, but I sometimes wonder if such an unlikely scenario is actually possible in any of the games.

    I've got a few.

    Togetic uses Metronome!
    Metronome turns into splash!
    Togetic uses Splash!
    It has no effect!

    Munchlax uses Metronome!
    Metronome turns into Explosion!
    Cherrim fainted!
    Munchlax fainted!

    Clefairy uses Metronome
    Metronome turns into Fissure! O.o
    Dialga Fainted! Its a OHKO!
    Okay. lol.

The only funniest I can think of that happened to me was:

    Togepi uses metronome!
    Metronome turns into explosion!
Togepi is all over zubat and trainers.

    :[

Metronome is not a HGSS specific move, so I shall move this to Pokemon general gaming section of doom.

When I was battling the female Pokemon Breeder in Route 207:
    Clefable used Metronome!
    Clefable used Sacred Fire!
The Pokemon I used (forgot who) survived it, but didn't get burned.

In my first HG playthrough (my Togetic against Bugsy's Kakuna):
    Togetic used Metronome!
Togetic became cloaked in a harsh light!
    Togetic used Sky Attack!
    The foe's Kakuna fainted!

Back in the old days of Pokemon Staduim 1, I had just sent out a rented Gengar as my last pokemon and my opponent was down to a Seaking, his last pokemon as well, and it could only take one more hit before it was finished. I have Gengar use Metronome because anything would've won the match for me at this point.

    Gengar used Metronome!
    Metronome turned into Selfdestruct!
    Enemy Seaking fainted!
    Gengar fainted!

    DRAW

On my battle with Clair's last Pokemon and my last pokemon...

    Togetic used Metronome.
    Togetic used Splash
    -.-

Next thing I knew, Togetic fainted.

Since this is specifically Metronome (and I don't even know where the WTF moment thread is at this point) it can stay.

Anyway, I had a Togepi get Aeroblast in Gold. :| It was...interesting.

I was rebattling Steven in Sapphire, and I had stupidly brought the wrong pokemon, so all I had left was the Togetic I was traing. Steven had Armaldo. I neede to elimiante it, then I would win, but seeing as Togetic was around level 30 or something, It was unlikely. Metronome helps by using growl. I was not impressed.

On smogon this once happened to me while using one:

    Togekiss used Metronome!
    Togekiss used Swords Dance!
    's Blissey used Thunder Wave!
    's Blissey used Seismic Toss!
    Togekiss used Metronome!
    Togekiss used Dragon Dance!
    's Blissey used Seismic Toss!
    Togekiss used Metronome!
    Togekiss used Explosion!

A blissey that should have walled it died. lolz at haxors.

Here is one I had...I swear my Little bro is partially clairvoyant or something.

    Little Brother: Hey, use Metronome
    Me: Okay...I wll.
Little Brother: I hope it comes out as Sacred Fire

    Togetic used Metronome!
    Togetic used Sacred Fire!
    Enemy Rattata fainted!
