Since there are no need for new Pokemon, I'm concentrating on the trainer sprites now. Your sprite looks nice but it looks too similar to the original sprite. Try showing another sprite, but this time, show one that has been edited more.

Oh yeah! you said there will be a new Magma leader so I made one

^ Thats a good new leader, but hes too similar to the old leader, maybe change the pose, face, and hair colour

actually his face is based on Tabitha the Magma Admin and the hair color is red because he's in Team Magma (do you want him to be black haired :) ) .
and I also made another pose:

but I think that one is bad so I rotated his arm
I'll do another pose if you like

I changed his right eye a bit

and the new Aqua leader! Takeru or T.K. from Digimon :)

(He's here so that Digimon can win over Pokemon again......Nah!)

Oh yeah! do you have the main char sprite yet?

The Aqua leader doesn't look fine. About the main characters, I think Treecko's got that done.
I'd like to apply as a scripter to help with a few scripts in Moon/Sun
