Worst Company of 2014 - Capcom. Again. Ultra Super Street Fighter IV. Resident Evil: Not as Evil. Street Fighter IV: Turkey. New Mega Man game? Hmm. . . nope, canceled. Street Fighter IV: Ham and Cheese, and Super Street Fighter Ultra Ultimate: This-Is-The-Last-One-We-Swear Bologna Edition. At least EA has the decency to offer me between Lemons, Oranges, Limes and Grapefruits when they squeeze them into my eyes. Capcom gives no variety whatsoever. Don't buy their games, please.

Best DLC - Kevin Spacey: The Kevin Spacey Story of how Kevin Spacey Kevin Spacey's

Worst Game of the Year - 3 way Tie: Elder Scrolls Online/Destiny/Assassin's Creed Unity. Elderscrolls for failing to provide Elderscroll-esque and broken gameplay; Destiny for it's terrible 'story' and awful "DLC is the story" policy not to mention all the freaking RNG. And Assassin's Creed Unity, which was so bad Ubisoft was scrambling to put out fires.

Game of the Year - Valiant Hearts. The fact that 100 Years ago World War 1 was raging in Europe has some bearing on the decision, but the story, while somewhat simplistic in nature, is far beyond Destiny and several of the other games with a huge scope. While it is fictional, the Great War was something that changed the face of Europe and re-wrote the maps. The Music is good, the controls aren't difficult, and the pieces of history sprinkled in hook a history nut like me.

Points for a story that's well thought out.
Points for blurbs of history and actual photos of the Great War.
Points for the Musical score that is just beautiful. I haven't heard music this moving in ages.
Points for the realistic characters. These characters could have been real as far as typing goes.
Points for not spamming itself (Vader: Join the Darkside! And Play Destiny!)
Points for respect, and for telling a story that is over shadowed by WW2.

It is the only game here I can actually recommend, and people won't downright hate it because of mechanics, controls, hype, RNG, cheats, or hacks. Valiant Hearts is a game that I believe everyone should play through at least once.

Worst Company of 2014: Ubisoft (I'm surprised at how little wrong EA have done this wrong - not to state that they're innocent, but certainly a lot better than last year. Either that, or Ubisoft has completely eclipsed EA's worst bits of 2014 by being that little bit worse)

* - Protagonist of Sen no Kiseki II. Rean is a decent protagonist. He's a little bit on the downer side with regards to some topics. But overall, he's a great character. He also drives a badass mech!
** - One of the villains in Sen no Kiseki II. Seriously, this guy is awesome. Cheats death, wins a civil war, takes over Crossbell, hijacks the Phantom Blaze Project, and flips the bird to Ouroboros (not literally). He is a BAMF.
