Gaming Goals for the SUMMER!

My goals for those two months or so of free time before University starts...

-Finish Pokemon Black.
-Complete the Pokedex on Platinum
-Contiue my Emerald Nuzlocke run AND DRAW IT.
-Finish Grandia 1
-Play every Final Fantasy game I can find in my mother's collection.
-Build a gigantic library tower in Minecraft, then the Pokemon regions
-Continue scripting my own Pokemon game
-Whatever I get into my hands xD
 
Atfer +-ten years of having the game, finally consolidate on Impossible level in Heroes of Might and Magic III. Especially my opening needs some work, if I get that part done well, the game is usually in the bag. Sometimes it's the start position's fault though, sometimes the map generator just loves to hose the player and block his access to, say, wood with a strong stack that was intended to guard a good artifact but randomly happens to stand in the way as well.
Other than that, I have no specific goals. They only make me be afraid of playing the game anyway, so having no gaming goals at all would probably be the best idea for me actually.

I think that's about it for now. :x I'm on a real Tales kick so I'm hopeful I can do all this before the end of August. Leaving Tales of Legendia for the end of the summer so I can rope my two future roommates into playing it with me. >:D (I think it supports that 4-player add-on thing...) And I have to fast-track Infamous and MGS4 since I think my brother is taking the PS3 to university with him. Though we're going to the same university so I could totally just crash his dorm room to play if need be, haha. And I guess I have to hurry up with Halo since I'm borrowing it from parallelzero and he'd probably play it more often than me... (Borrowing RM2 from him too but I'm totally keeping that longer. XD)
 
My goal is to learn Visual Basic and C++ so i can develop programs/games without the restrictions of editors (im looking at advance map :P).
 
The first one is more of a general goal, but the rest are pretty specific.

1. Look for more games that require hand-eye coordination and reflexes. MMORPGs are alright (because you need to be quick in killing monsters, judging from what I've seen from my brother's playing experiences), but probably also need to play more shooting/fighting games.
2. Finish Pokemon Sapphire, i.e. defeat the Elite Four.
3. Give birth to the baby and have it grown into a toddler in Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar.
4. Get a 3DS (US version).
5. Buy Devil Survivor Overclocked as well, if available, since it comes out during summer.
 
My goals (at the moment) are as follows:

- Zettai Hero Project: Absolute Victory Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (unlikely, as I'm bored of it already)
- Phantasy Star Portable 2

Replay:
- Luminous Arc
- Luminous Arc 2
- Golden Sun
- Golden Sun: The Lost Age
- Dragon Age: Origins

Avoid:
- Purchasing any new games until September (asides maybe El Shaddai, which I may import)
- Spending over £50 on DLC over the next two months
- Throwing my controllers/handhelds out the window

  • Fallout 3 (Haven't even started it, my brother got the strategy guide for his PS3 copy and it came with the game for 360)

  • Unlock everything on The Mercenaries 3D (Online is awesome)
  • Get Undead Nightmare for Red Dead Redemption

That's it, pretty long list, but it looks doable.
 
Mine was to get my KDR up a lot on MAG. Well, I started this summer with a 1.60 KDR and right now I am at a 1.70. I would say that is pretty good because I have almost 40,000 kills. :)
 
My goal for the summer is to complete my backlog list, cnt see it happening tho!

its going to take a miricle to get all these done in time for all the new games like
uncharted 3, assassins creed, batman and skyrim to name a few :(
 
Really I just want to finish all the online Quest for Monster Hunter Tri. Along side that I'm trying to fill my Pokedex in Pokemon White. I haven't progressed as far in Megaman V as I hoped to have by now but at Least I only have 4 more stages. I seem to be doing well in Kirby's Adventure though, my first time playing through it and it's rather easy to get the hang of. It has some tricky moments but I really wanna beat it before summer ends.
 
I've just been enjoying a lot of challenges this summer. Not completing a lot, that's for sure, but even still, I have fun just working on them. Here's what I've completed this summer:

As for non-Pokemon games, I've been enjoying Super Mario 64, Megaman IV, and Kirby Air Ride. Me and my sister are trying to fill the checkbox on KAR and I'm just trying to not suck at SM64. XD
 
I've got a lot of stuff to do game-wise this summer.

- Complete my first route challenge
- Complete my un-official Nuzlocke
- Finish Pokemon Pitch Black
- Complete FF XIII - Yeah, like that will happen. x__x
- Finish the Kanto dex of RNG'd mons

Things I want to do;

- More challenges
- Complete all 3 Phoenix Wright games for NDS.

So yeah, my summer looks pretty fun. To me anyways. n______n
