Generation Snowflake is a term used to characterize the young adults of the 2010s (though it seems to be more prominent with "Generation Z"). The term is often used by adults or "Baby Boomers" to refer to Millennials who are easily offended (The term was thrown around lots during the 2016 Election and the results of it, and many adults can be special snowflakes too).

With the "snowflake generation", "safe spaces" are a thing, political correctness is a must, words like "racist", "bigot", "homophobic", etc are often thrown around to people who don't agree with them. Also with the snowflake generation, being a white, cisgender, heterosexual male seems to have become a crime and a "privilege".

So, what are your views on the snowflake generation?

Personally, I'm so tired of having to walk on eggshells on Twitter, in case I might offend some little special snowflake and hurt their feelings, especially since the stuff I tweet is no different to the stuff normal, everyday people tweeted in 2012. Sadly, Twitter, especially Stan Twitter is riddled with special snowflakes (or "woke" as they call themselves), however one of the fandoms I'm part of seems to be scarce of snowflakes, probably because that singer who has the fandom is a constant victim of the snowflakes.

Just going to say that there is already another thread covering basically the same topic, so "flamebait" aside, there's that as a reason to have this locked too.
