Whether they're bugs or features, they sure can be entertaining :P Though Gen I had the most, and the most memorable glitches (missingno. anyone?), each generation has its glitches, oversights, and inconsistencies. I personally think it's amazingly cool people can find them :P

My favorite is walking on water in Gen III, via the Dive Glitch (Video: youtube.com/watch?v=VDPcJFFJjuQ) More accurately, I like Biking on water :P Something about the sea rippling beneath my tires...

In any case, there are far more than just this in the Pokemon series. So, what are your favorites to use/abuse?

I've seen many videos of the different generations which all have a surprising high number of glitches. You'd expect Gen I to have the main bulk of them but it turns out that there are still a good few glitches floating around in the likes of Gen IV & V.

Of course it's not weird; everyone has their own plays types that they enjoy. I just enjoy adventuring a lot in my platrhroughs, and glitches can cause many varied effects, so each one is a mini adventure. I just enjoy fooling with things, also. So, if you're playstyle is one such that you've not found them interesting, it's up to you. Now I feel odd for asking xP
While it is true that there are many times more glitches in Gen I, there are still a few in even Gen VI. A quick browse on Bulbapedia can show many of the known ones.

My favourite is the Mew-Ditto glitch that I abused to complete the Pokédex in Yellow without trading.

My favorite, second to Gen 4's chunk unloading glitch, would have to be FRLG's nugget bridge oversight. Infinite money certainly helps.
