Meh, I voted LP just because of Chester being in it. Green Day's a great band, but I still love Chester more than them. I just wish LP would show people their real potential. Brad needs to do more with those guitars, and Rob should do some more complex drumming. And is Phoenix actually playing that bass? Cuz I've never heard it before. =/ Mike's the rapper...and I frankly don't like rap as much as I used to at all with the exception of a few artists. Fort Minor, which I thought was gonna be a good and solid project; I saw their first video, Remember The Name and it really disappointed me. I dunno how other people feel about this, but that's my opinion. o.o;

Long live Chester Bennington.
 
I like Green Day. I'm not much of a Linkin Park fan.

Hmm, I like linkin park because they sound different then other bands, however greenday sounds similiar to a few....
 
^_^ Actually, what I love about Green Day (remember, it's two words, not one, just for future reference. ^^; ) Is that they don't sound like other bands, but I suppose it's what ya think...

I Don't Really Like Linkin Park Either, But They're Standable, And They Have Some Pretty Catchy Songs =D
 
Back during 1994 when Green Day was one of those underground bands, I enjoyed listening to their "Dookie" album. And that one sing on their, "Basket Case".

Now, they've become a band that "sold out", gone mainstream and are "the band" to listen to. Many past Green Day fans don't like the idea of having teens listen to a band that once rocked back in the day.
