(Since my first post for some reason didn't get posted, here's a second, shorter version)

Hello! I'm PokeLux. 18 years old, male, from Sweden. :)
I've been sticking around Pokémon since ten years back, when I was 8 years old. I remember watching the anime like it was yesterday. Epic. My first Pokémon game was Pokémon Gold. Which in my opinion still is one of the best games ever made.

Why did I join PokeCommunity?
A few days ago me and my friend decided to start a new playthrough on Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver. He on his Silver, me on my Gold. Almost 10 hours through the game, and it's exactly how I remember it. Perfect. This seems like a very cool place for Pokémon-fans to make new friends, chatting etc.

Short introduction, I know. But I guess it'll do. Don't hesitate to ask a question or two! I'll answer them all!

Hello there, person from Sweden! You've joined one of the largest Pokemon forums on the net! I remember doing about.... 12 hours in Silver and Red, it was just amazing. I think the classic games are the best, and I still cherish them with all my heart. And of course, this is the great place for you to sit back and meet other Pokemon fans like you and me. Depending on your interests, you can always expect someone to have similar interests like you. :)

Hey Swedish dude! I'm a huge fan of your accent, even if I've never heard it :P

Don't worry about your intro being too short. There are tons out there that are way shorter than yours!

I feel really really terrible that I can't bring myself to play the classic games anymore. I still love them with all my heart and remember them fondly, but since there have been remakes for all of them now I can't bring myself to play the originals anymore... the graphics just aren't good enough for my eyes! D:

Heart Gold and Soul Silver are my favourite games to date though, so I guess that counts as playing Gold lol. Anyway welcome to PC! I hope to see you around :D

So, Swedish huh? Interesting I say.

And yeah, I've been watching the Pokemon anime since I was 7. Played my first Pokemon game (Ruby) when I was 11. Now Hikari is 19 (soon to be 20) and she is not hanging up her Poke Balls anytime soon.

Have you played any 3rd, 4th or 5th Gen games? You should do so if you haven't.

I recommend the Pokemon Gaming based boards, there's loads of stuff to do there.

I'm more of a Trivia specialist but I hang around those boards too.

hey pokelux welcome u can call me diablo. i see u played gold version first haha i played silver first and was very attached to it i first got into Pokemon at around 5 yrs old since then ive grown into a long live Pokemon fan like the rest u will meet . P.S i was a bit of a cheater with silver i used to duplicate around 100 times just for the master balls.lol :p

I'd love to play Heart Gold. But unfortunately I don't own a 3DS. Oh, yes. I also have Pokémon Ruby. The newest generations (IV, V) I really don't fel any interest in. The 3D-effects in these games feels too excessive. And the Pokémons look.. weird. I like the simplicity in the old ones, but also HG/SS.

Yeah, I remember Ruby very well, too. I have tons of good memories from that generation as well as from the past ones. Hehe. Well, what I meant was that this introduction turned out to be way shorter than my first one. :)

My username? Um.. I don't know. But now when you mentioned it, maybe the Luxury Ball? ;)
