Hello everyone!

I'm Charlie, I have been meaning to join a pokemon forum for a while and ta-da! I finally have.

I've been playing pokemon since 1999 and with a few breaks here and there. Got back into with B&W and haven't stopped since. I have recently started to help and run the pokemon league we have at the game store I work at in Maryland, and every Tuesday I always end up having a blast playing pokemon with other fans of the card game.

I enjoy several other games as well. Ranging from Board games(Smallworld, Catan, and Abyss to name a few.) Also RPG's(World of Darkness, Evil Hat productions, and of course D&D) I'm hoping to help expand my knowledge of the pokemon card game to where I can finally get past those pesky final questions for the Professor's Quiz and pass!

We have a Trading Card Game forum here if you'd like to check that out. That's gotta be fun, running your own league! I haven't played the card game in about 5-6 years but I had a lot of fun with it at the time.

Hey Charlie, welcome to PC! :)

Your story with Pokémon is similar to mine; I've been on-and-off with the series since 2000, and didn't really get back into it fully til HeartGold/SoulSilver. :P And that's pretty fun that you're into the TCG! I've started collecting cards recently myself after several years of not doing so, and it's pretty fun to see what I pull from booster packs and trades n_n

Yeah, it's reasonable to have many breaks here and there; I myself got a small break form pokemon and played other games like JRPGS and such, but I think it's good to get back to! Glad that you're back as well, and with Gen V onward no less! And I'm glad that you're having a blast; I hope that this forum gives you oodles of fun discussing the pokemon franchise with new friends too! <33

Ah, I don't play board games that often anymore, but, I used to have fun with games like Sorry, or Monopoly! I got the pokemon edition of that; it's really fun! At anyrate, I hope you're enjoying your weekend and I also hope to see you around lots!
