4th Gen Have you ever found munchlax on a honey tree

So given the chances of find Munchlax have anyone ever actually found one on a tree or better yet seen a shiny I'm just wondering because I've never seen one (it was a smart move giving Barry one so players can actually get it for the pokedex because most people won't see it normally)

I haven't either. Like above, I keep forgetting to check the trees! I think one thing that could have been included in the game is a map on where you put honey and an alert that reminds you to go back and check.

Sadly no it's so rare that i have never had enough time or patience to bother getting Munchlax.

i've actually got it three times (once in pearl, twice in platinum), i did use a website that calculates two of the four trees munchlax spawn on, but even then it took me a month or so of honeying trees for each munchlax.

shiny wise, nah, that's too much, shiny hunting takes weeks on it's own, and the trees reset after 24 hours so that would take a very very long time

No, but I've seen a nuzrun when someone got it 0-0. I don't know how he managed to do that.

I've caught a couple of them in Pokémon Pearl Version. I think I mostly ran into Pinecos (I think they were Pineco) though and more than a few other Bug Pokémon on more than a few occasions.
