have you ever had an detention at school ?

Well, I kind of had a detention once, but it was quite... stupid really lol. One time I got up and walked away from my food rubbish in the playground, not intending to litter, I just legit forgot it was there. Then the vice principal of the school saw me leaving it and came over and flipped the hell out yelling at me and then for a week after that I had to walk around after recess and pick up rubbish that had been left on the ground.

Yes, that's right. After recess. My detention was served during class time.

I may possibly have had more detentions than lessons. I was in detention every day after school for 3 years straight. I hated school and it showed lol

I never did have any detentions. :\
I hardly ever spoke a word and I've never gotten in a fight or anything, so there wasn't much I could do to get in trouble lol.
The worst I did was skip class a few times, I never got caught though. xD

the only time i've ever had detention was because i was late to school ALL THE TIME. i have a bad habit of getting to places late. other than that, once, in ninth grade, my gym teacher got mad at me because we were at a park doing our gym things and i got tired and sat down on a swing in the park. we apparently weren't supposed to "play on the playground equipment" because "children were using them" but there were no children in sight and i wasn't playing on it, i was just resting. so, i got a detention. and then when my friend tried to reason with my gym teacher she got a detention too LOL.

we got morning detention though because i lived far away and i didnt want to tell my parents that i got detention for something stupid anyway. however when my friend and i went to the gym class early in the morning to serve detention, the class was locked and my gym teacher never talked about it. it was the stupidest thing ever pff.

I wasn't a bad kid as such, just really mouthy. I'd back-chat teachers and stuff. Not good.

My parents were on speed dial in year 7 because i thought i was above the law. Had so many detentions in my younger years, haven't had one for 3 years or so and i didn't go to the last one i was issued with.
