Theoretically I could make it a rule right here and now, it's my gym after all ;D
 
Ouch. I wouldn't go any further than that Jake.

I also have a question. I have a Celebi that I used an Action Replay to get in Ruby and transferred to Diamond, and it's not on the Uber List nor does it have hacked stats. Would it be allowed here?
 
Yeah, but it depends on the acual definition of a hack. The HACKS post defined it as Pokemon with Ridiculously high Stats, weird moves, and currently unavailable legally at the Time (Arceus). I was pretty sure it was a no, but I want to check.
 
I'll just say it really needs a few stat boosts. If was able to pull the last 9800000000... out of my butt for the last 6 pokemon, I should be able to do this fast.
