I recently heard about an internet bug called the Heartbleed bug, and I was wondering if the Pokecommunity may have been affected by it. I was told that I should change all my passwords anyway, but I still wanted to see if this was a concern here.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I only thought that HeartBleed affected only sites with OpenSSL. AFAIK, PC doesn't use SSL. However, you're right in that you should change your passwords just to be extra cautious.

Good to know, thank you. I guess I'll change my password again, which I hate doing but sometimes it's necessary.

Our servers were patched / updated within an hour of that public announcement.

You don't have to worry about anything from tPC as we don't yet use SSL, but other SSL (https) sites you may use might have had data leaked.. You should change your tPC passwords if you also use it on other sites and want to totally sure. (don't change any passwords on other ssl sites until you KNOW for fact that they have patched/updated their systems!)
