I've been trying to find a Chansey with a Lucky Egg, and damn is it hard. I don't really have much else to do though, lol. Already beaten Red and all. I also started my Heart Gold, picked Chikorita this time, so I guess I'll post what happens in that game now. D:
I've been playing a lot of the pokealthons (?) a lot lately, and just training in Kanto. Still have the eight badges.... Team thus far:
level 50 - Zangoose
level 52 - Electabuzz
level 50 - Feraligatr
level 48 - Yanmega
level 55 - Tyranitar
'kay, I can't find any of my posts rofl so here's what I did since last time:
- Mass Leveled to 45
- Destroyed Claire with Level 45 Eevee & Return combo
- Answered all the old guy's questions correctly; unfortunately, I didn't realize that then was when you receive the Extreme Speed Dratini, so I missed out. Oh well.
- Currently heading over to Kanto to mass-train in the grass to 55 before defeating the Elite Four
Best place to level? Ice Path. Seriously. 60% chance that you'll meet a Rock-weak Pokemon that gives 500+ EXP, compared to Route 45/46 South of Blackthorn where 480EXP is a 30% chance, and the maximum. Delibird in Ice Path gives 601EXP.
I still can't find Exeggcute, and I checked all the areas as indicated by the Pokedex. I had a Zubat in the Daycare that I put back in my team. I now have a Larvitar there now.
As for Zubat, it evolved into Golbat, and I'll evolve it into Crobat as it levels up some more.
After scouring Kanto for all trainers I could find i've decided to give the Pokemon League another go, when I lose/win i'm going to carry on getting all 16 gym leaders phone numbers then have rematches with them, so far i've got Falkner's, Whitney's, Morty's, Jasmine's and Pryce's numbers, the next one i'll get is Clair's number
Update: Just defeated will, the battle went better than last time, i'll see how I do against Koga next
Update 2: Just defeated Koga, the battle went easier than last time but Muk caused me alot of problems (Toxic + Swagger + Minimize) I sent out Mamoswine who OHKO'D it with Earthquake, onto Bruno next
Forgot to post on the day I got SS, oops! Anyway a 3 day update: Saturday:
Started game, named player Emma.
Got a male Cyndaquil, Blitz.
Went to Mr.Pokemon's house, saved, battled rival.
Named rival Jacob, got pokeballs.
Caught a Male Pidgey and a male Sentret.
Thought I saved but didn't, battled Jacob(beat him faster than the first time)
Caught a female Pidgey, a male and a female sentret.
Caught Mareep,Sparx, beat Sprout tower.
Beat Falkner on my first try.
Evolved Blitz and Sparx
Beat Proton(?) at Slowpoke well.
Beat Jacob, then beat Bugsy.
Got through Ilex forest,Caught Ditto, Played at national park and caught a female Scyther, Slash.Beat Goldenrod Gym leader(Forgot her name 'cos she was too easy)
Sunday:
Played at Pokeathlon speed contest.
Caught Sudowoodo, Woody, went to burnt tower and beat Jacob.
Beat Morty.
Got a Piplup egg from my Platinum game for a Cyndaquil egg.
Hatched egg, met Jasmine (poor Amphy.)went to Cianwood.
Beat Chuck(with a seriously underleveled team)
Gave Amphy medicine, Beat Jasmine.
Got to lake of Rage, caught a Female Red Gyrados.
Evolved the rest of my team/trained them all to good levels.
Beat Team Rocket HQ.
Beat Pryce, started goldenrod radio tower thing.
Monday:
Took Pokewalker to school (Red Gyrados came to school and met my best friend, who thought a Gyrados is cute!?)
Carried on with radio tower thing (gonna finish it tomorrow.)
Devising stratedgy for catching Raikou and Entei.
Finished catching Ho-Oh and now just Leveling up. Traded my Scyther then traded back so I could have a Scizor. Getting everyone up to level 60 with Dragonite
Been training/Making an entirely new team these last two days.
-Caught Scyther, Breeded with Ditto, Hatched 16 Egg's untill I got the right Iv's and Nature.
(Adamant with highest ATK IV)
-Equiped Scyther with Metal coat I got from Pokeathalon, self traded with GTS to evovle it.
-Ev Trained.
-Grinded Scizor to 45, Saved and went looking for another team member.
-Caught Arba, Breeded 7 eggs untill I got good nature and Iv's.
(Modest with Highest SPATK IV)
Ev Trained.
-Grinded to lvl 45 And Saved, Went for another team member.
SR'd for a Good Nature and IV Lapras.
Ev Trained.
-Grinded to 45, Saved.
Lost to Lance again, this time he withdrew his Salamence for some reason and sent out his Gyrados, I managed to defeat Gyarados and Garchomp, Charizard managed to leave my Feraligatr with 10 HP who was also burned, this led to Feraligatr fainting, i'm going to go to Mt.Silver and train there near Red as the pokemon there are about Lv50
im now going through union cave i spent 6hours trying to get a shiny cyndaquil but instead i settled for a modest one and iv been catching pokemon and im taking the game really slowly im now going through union cave i beat falkner

Got to Ecruteak City. Basically been training my Growlithe and Nidoran - who is now a Nidorina. She's a bit weak compared to the rest of my team, I need to get some good TMs on her. Leveling up in this game is tedious compared to Platinum. Also did the Voltorb Flip and earned myself 800 coins. Thinking about saving up for a Dratini, as I still have a space open on my team.
The Elite Four only took me two attempts. I really wanted more of a challenge =/
Oh well, at least Kanto is fun. So far I have the Celadon and Vermilion badges.
I tried Sabrina, but her Espeon swept my entire team XD, I need a bit more training =P

now facing gengar, but pigeotto is now SLEEPING-ARGH!!
also caught a bunch of other junk, like a sudwoodo, caterpie ect
also have stuff from the walker, first 3 courses ^_^
So I battled a trainer in the battle house place in Viridian, and the first trainer has meganium, feraligatr, and typhlosion.
That typhlosion is SO overpowered! It's special attack is way too high, it managed to do 60% damage with 1 flamethrower to a quagsire. It even knows focus blast and substitute!
