    Hello fellow Pokemon fans! I'm Aniyha, and I've been casually playing the games since Emerald. Though I went on a little hiatus during Black 2 and White 2, I'm back in the fandom with a renewed passion for the games, so I decided why not join a forum?

    I'm mostly interested in completing the Pokedex in Y, a feat I have never accomplished even in the older games, and potentially getting into the somewhat competitive battling scene. I'm not sure, but I know that I'd love to help out anyone who needs it!

    I'm guessing X and Y have renewed your interest for the games, which is pretty great since a lot of others are in the same boat as well. I've played since Red and Blue.. quite a long time ago and the franchise will probably always remain as one of my favorite things of all time.

    If you're looking to trade with us then I definitely recommend the Trade Corner. There's also the Battle Center for anything related to battling, too. You have many options! Have an amazing time here. :)

    I know a lot of peeps have renewed their interested in Pokemon games because of the newer generations. I renewed mine when I was starting college and Black/White were the most recent games to come out. I was pretty excited. ^_^

    I heard it's pretty easy to complete the dex in XY. And you know the best place to do so? Trade Corner! As Sheep mentioned, that section is the best section to get your Pokemon. There are many shops for you to check out, maybe they have the Pokemon you may need for your dex! We're also strict on hacks as well. Be sure you read the rules there before you trade!

    Oh! And if you ever want to learn how to battle competitively (I'm still learning myself :3) you should visit the PokeCommunity Battle Server. It's an amazing place to be and you will love it :D

    Well, completing the pokedex is always a tricky job to do, but you can do it! If you want to, you can have a look at the Trade Plaza's General Quick Trade Thread! You can try trading with different members who have pokemon that you may need for your pokedex, in which, you'll find really nice and helpful people there who will go out of their way to lend a helping hand. But alas, I wish you good luck on completing the dex! <3

    You may be interested in the Battle Center too. You can read up on guides about competitive battling, and if you want to have your team looked at, you can post your competitive team on the board, and have it rated by someone! We have really talented members who competitive battle, so I have no doubts that you'll be able to learn a lot from them! And as said, you can visit our showdown server too! There are regulars who hang out there, and as one of them, I'd be really happy if you can come and visit sometime!
