Hello PokeCommunity!

    Good afternoon all, just thought I'd introduce myself. Been a fan of Pokemon for eons; first game I played was Pokemon Yellow when it was first released back in the day and managed to play at least one game from each generation. Even dabbled in pokemon card collecting when I was a kid and watched the show religiously before school each morning. Currently tackling the latest release (Pokemon Moon) and decided to finally complete the Pokedex again so I'll probably linger around the trade corner.

    Hii, welcome to the community! Yellow was my first game too. Hope you're enjoying Moon and will find plenty of useful facilities and nice people on these forums c:

    Welcome, welcome! Yellow was one of my first games - I received both Blue and Yellow version for Christmas one year. Best gift ever, I've been hooked ever since and have played every generation as well :)

    I'm planning on finishing my dex this time too - hopefully I'll see you around. I'm playing Sun, so maybe we can help each other out with some dex fillers!
     
    Good luck beating pokemon Moon. One of the longer games in the series from my experience. Trade corner is pretty nice, one of the reasons I joined.

    lol I must say, I do miss collecting them. Of course back then it was easier to "catch them all"

    Yea, I'm liking that you just can't beat it in a day or two. I'm def enjoying it.

    Yea, I kept on telling myself I'll finally complete the dex with each new game released but this time I mean it!! Already at 52% overall (gotta work at evolving some of my pokemon now).
    If you need any Moon exclusives let me know! I'll be happy to help.

    Always nice to see somebody who started with the very first games. Did you played every game on the franchise so far? sadly, I didn't had the chance to play S/M or any of the 6th gen games myself.

    >_< sorry about that. I realized after I posted I should have combined it but wasn't able to get back and fix it.

    Out of all the games I never got around to playing Crystal, LeafGreen, FireRed or Pearl. I did enjoy playing the Gen 6 games and been meaning to play some more Omega Ruby and work on my dex, but then Sun and Moon got released lol.

    Oh, you almost played all of them. I usually don't count both games if they are the same, like Diamond and Pearl. If you played one, you played the other. That's not the same with the 3rd versions of the games, for our luck. I never completed the Pokedex, so I can't offer any advise there sadly. Wish you complete it soon though :)

    Yea looking at it now, I've played a lot of pokemon games lol. Never been really concerned with getting them all as back in the day it was hard to trade with people (had to use a wire and connect gameboys) and nowadays finding someone who just wants pokemon to complete their dex and NOT be bothered by Shiny status, IVs and HAs and all that can be difficult. Right now tho I'm bashing my head in trying to catch Castform and I'm tempted to just give up and see if I can trade for one.
