    Hi! I'm new to the PokeCommunity but not so new to Pokemon, I've been playing it since Gold. However, I'm here in hopes to finally become a better trainer and learn what all this "Nature" and "Ability" stuff is about among other things so I can create my own powerful team. Not only that but for the trades and battles too. :) See you guys around!

    And don't worry, things aren't too tough to learn! Well, I do recommend you try out the pokemon games later on in the series, so that you'll have a better understanding to the new mechanics, but other than that, it's pretty easy to understand! Hm, if you check out the Battle Center's Guides and Resources, you'll find all kinds of links that leads you to different guides about different topics and mechanics about pokemon in general, so, maybe you can check that out! Our trading also happens over at the Trade Plaza, so, you're free to see that too!

    Thank you! I've played BW 1 and 2, unfortunately missed out on 4th Gen though. Thankfully I got Y for Christmas and it provided the spark for me to learn the in depth mechanics for the game. Thanks for the links.

    Aw, it's great that you got Y. I found the sixth generation to be pretty amazing and it's an especially good time to start learning natures, abilities, and the like as breeding for better IVs among other things is much easier now. X and Y give you lots of choices and really try to help people out with raising their team through great features like Super Training. How far into the game are you? I've beaten my X version way back when it just came out but am still hooked on creating a better team and training my favorites.

    And hopefully you enjoyed B/W and B/W2 because those were some of my favorite Pokemon games, especially the sequels aaah. But right now our Pokemon X & Y board is bustling with activity as well as the Trade Corner and Battle Center for anything related to trading and battling respectively so you should stop by. It'll make your sixth generation gaming experience loads more fun. :3
