Hi! So first things first, I guess... I'll start with a little about myself. I was in the 3rd grade when I stumbled across my first pack of Pokemon cards at a local gas station. I had no clue as to what Pokemon was but was intrigued by the creature (Venusaur) on the packaging. So I went ahead a bought one and gave it a look. I was absolutely blown away with what I would find inside. Pandora's Box was opened! I started collecting cards like crazy, eventually building 3 complete sets of the original 150. During my card collecting crusades, I then discovered Pokemon Blue and Red which became a pillar of my childhood. I followed, collected, and played every Pokemon release I could get my hands on up until after 3rd generation. The last year or so I have been sucked back in and see no turning back lol! SO....here I am, looking for new friends, teachers, and general lovers of Pokemon! I know virtually nothing about this forum, other than it is a fantastic place for information. I am hoping to call this forum my permanent home!

Howdy there! And yeah, the cards were definitely cool to collect; as a kid I used to collect em' all the time, and show off to my classmates in elementary school! At any rate, yeah, I've started out with Pokemon Yellow and blue myself, training and collecting pokemon and playing with my friends in the school yard. Good times! I sadly never took interest in the Trading Card Games, although the artwork is attractive at times particularly with certain Pokemon. I think you might find some nice topics about the cards over in the Pokemon Trading Card Game section, but do look around and see what interests you here in general. I have been a general Pokemon fan since the old days, although never played the games until Ruby & Sapphire as far as I know.

Anyhow, since a lot of the above post covered most of what I was going to leave here, and as mentioned the adoption center within this section if you want a friendly face to guide you around. On that note, see you soon and I'll catch up with you soon!

That would be the Art & Design board. Have a look out for the Shops around there, and if you follow their guidelines, you know, their general rules and such, you can ask for a signature from there. :]

They're awfully nice, so, no doubt they'll be happy to make you one if you ask nicely~!
