[Question] Help - stuck in a courtyard in Scarlet

Please can anyone help? I've joined on behalf of my frustrated 8 year old son! He has fallen into a very small courtyard at the Naranja academy in Pokemon Scarlet and cannot get out, and hes getting very angry and upset!!!! Any tips or tricks would be very much appreciated before he throws his new Switch out of the window!!!! Thank you!!!

Assuming you haven't saved…try pressing 'Y'. Sometimes if you fall, if the setting is enabled, it gets you back up to where you were.

You should be able to fly back to the Pokémon Centers that you have visited before by accessing the map, clicking on them and choosing the "Fly here" option.
