Why I chose to join this club: To get caught up on what I missed past the Johto region :)
Favorite Sinnoh Pokémon and why: Tough decision. I love the ones who evolved from 1st and 2nd generation Pokémon, like Magmortar, Electivire, Rhyperior, etc. I really like Leafeon and Glaceon too, me being an Eevee and Eeveelution lover and all.

Why did you choose to join this club?: Sinnoh was my favourite generation by far; everything about it was just a whole new standard in my eyes. The world map for starters was incredible and a lot of fun to navigate, the new Pokémon were amongst my favourites, and the gyms in the region were beyond entertaining. Most of my favourite memories have stemmed from this region, so it's definitely my top generation by a mile.

My favourite fourth generation Pokémon is, of course, Pachirisu! What could I ever love more than a cute little squirrel Pokémon? It's just so cute and sweet and cheeky and eeeee, I love it to bits! It's a Pokémon I've formed quite a connection with from having done a Pearl run using just Pachirisu, and although it wasn't the strongest Pokémon to use it's still a really fun (and challenging!) team member to train haha. I also adore Drifloon and Buneary, but Pachirisu comes out top! :D

Lumineon isn't a Pokémon I see come up very often, can I ask why you love it so much? :o It's not a Pokémon I've ever given much thought to but I'd love to hear your reasoning in more depth!

Why did you join this club?

Gen IV's games with its storylines and plots already make the game a great pleasure to play. But throw in the Pokemon and you've got quite the generation on your hands. I've always really liked the Pokemon introduced and I'm glad they gave some love to old, forgotten Pokemon such as Murkrow and Sneasel. They provided great evolutions to previous Pokemon, threw in a whole bunch of cute ones here and there, and in general I've always really liked the Pokemon. I've never really hated their designs, their movepools are good, there's a huge diversity and I could rant forever and ever about how great Gen IV Pokemon are, but I think I'd probably break PC so I'll stop here.

What is your favourite Generation 4 Pokemon and why?

I have a lot of favourites out there, but I'm going to say Drifloon. I've always really liked this thing since the day I discovered it. I've never really gotten around to using one on my team, but I really love its design.Look at that adorable thing. It can sweep you off your feet. Literally and metaphorically! Who doesn't love that? I've also always liked its typing, Ghost/Flying is such an interesting and unique combo. Throw in the fact that you can only get it on Friday and it's a pretty special Pokemon in my opinion. Oh and some of my love also comes from sweeping one of my server friends with it, (even though I somehow had a glitched level 1000 Drifloon, it was still pretty cute.)

What do you think was the strongest (non-legendary) Pokémon introduced with the Fourth Generation games?

Personally I think it has to be Yanmega. It's one of those Pokémon that can set up easily (permitting there are no rock hazards!) and then continue to sweep effortlessly until the opponent finally finds something to endure a hit from it. With a naturally good set of base stats for being a Special Attacker, alongside the Speed Boost ability for some ninja-like speed, Yanmega can become a true force to work with any team and it's one that I never leave the team builder without! Plus it's cute omg <3

What do you think was the strongest (non-legendary) Pokémon introduced with the Fourth Generation games?

For me personally, it's a tie between Garchomp and Yanmega. The only reason I really remember Garchomp is for the nightmare Cynthia put me through. It can Outrage, Earthquake, heck it can even Flamethrower- how much more badass can you get? Throw in that it belongs to the unbelievably almighty dragon-type and it's a huge force that needs a lot of strategy to take down. Add in the fact that it has whopping attack and is quite fast and Garchomp is the deadliest thing in the game.

I also agree with Yanmega though. Yanmega can easily become the fastest Pokemon with its Speed Boost ability and sometimes you'll need agility to win. It plays the role of a Special Attacker quite nicely and without any hazards around, Yanmega is free to wreck everything on your team and cause you to throw a fit. It's just so unbelievably fast and strong, that I'd say it's a runner up.
