    Hello to everyone, I'm Toni88, a (quite) new user of PC!
    I know this site since a lot of time, but I've decided to do an account only a few months ago, however I've never used it so much and now I'm ready to do a contribution for this wonderful community since I'm a computer science student and I'm also quite good to play (I guess...)!

    I play Pokèmon since I was 4 years old, and my very first game I've played was Fire Red, but only with a friend's GBA, and so on also with Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, so actually my own first game was Pearl, and that's why I love 4th generation; the game was so good that I've played every game of the main series and also some spin-off like Mystery Dungeon (Explorers of Sky it's my favourite).

    Sadly I have no friends because all my peers are like "Rap and dubsteb music is the best music, shut up if you don't think like it." or "Get away from me, you don't have enough swag." and I'm also... how to say it? Kinda shy? But way worse. And obviously none of my classmates plays Pokèmon, but I'm proud to go every day at school with my Pokèwalker and my pokemons within it.

    I really hope to meet new and nice people, it's a pleasure to be here!

    About time you decided to get involved, it took me many years before I started being active ahah. It's always worth it to dive into the discussions here and make friends - there are so many amazing people all across PokeCommunity. You'll find a lot of friends! I can agree with you about being shy since I'm that way myself.. but when you're here none of that will matter. :) Plenty of awesome people all around!

    Hope you'll enjoy this place as much as the rest of us do. Anything you want to talk about in particular or are you just looking to involve yourself in all Pokemon discussions? There are a lot of Pokemon-related boards here from Pokemon Clubs to Pokemon Trivia. Go on and explore.

    Wow, thanks for your huge welcome! I'll try to do my best to not look too awkward!
    I'm interested on kinda everything, from competitive battling to ROM hacking (where I have some experience), and right now I'm so excited about the Hoenn remakes that have been just announced! But that's not the place where we should talk about that. Anyway thanks a lot for your welcome!
     
    You definitely picked a great time indeed Toni, welcome to the forums!

    Yeah as you saw the long-awaited remakes to Ruby and Sapphire were announced, and now comes the huge wait for the release but hopefully we'll get some really good pieces of information in the lead-up to that. Like my good fellow newbie welcomer Sheep herself said, PC is full of so many awesome people it's definitely not hard to make a new friend or two. I may be shy, but that's usually when I'm not online, where I'm way more talkative. And there's so much you can discuss here it's unbelievable.

    I'm looking forward to getting to know you more as a member, so hey if you want to chat leave me a visitor message plus I'm always happy to be a new friend for you. Sheep has mentioned loads of Pokemon topics you can discuss, so go see what catches your attention. Have fun Toni, take care and if you need help the staff members are always around.     Gah, I used to have classmates who are like that. They were all like "if you don't watch BLANK than you're a loser!" or, "You like BLANK?! YOU'RE A LOSER!!" something to that nature. But don't worry, there's no need to be shy around us friend, because we're quite a friendly community full of great people and new friends are always around the corner, and I do hope that you'll get to know everyone of us! <3

    Welcome to the forums, by the way! Sign me up to be a buddy of yours, if you want! Ah but anyways, been playing ever since I was 5 years old myself, and those hold great times with Pokemon Blue and Pokemon Yellow with my buds. Pretty cool how you've started with FR and LG; those are pretty nice games to start off with! Great music, and the Kanto region set in there is quite notsalgic! :3
