Hey there Rulin, great to see you've joined us here at PC!
If you could, please tell us a little more about yourself and why you joined PC. Our members don't bite at all (I promise!), and so that we could just see what your interests are. :3 A lot of members join PC for ROM hacking, which is what PC is probably most known for, so is that what brought you here or not?
Also, be sure to check out our other sections as well if you want to get to know more people and interact with Pokémon fans alike! We have discussions ranging from all sorts of things Pokémon, to creative discussions like artwork, fanfics, and roleplaying. We also have sections for game development, entertainment, technology, fan clubs, and even off topic chats and games! :)
As a reminder, please be sure to look at the rules if you haven't already done so, that way you know what can and what won't get ya into trouble. ;D If you have any questions, please feel free to contact anybody around on staff, such as myself. Our staff consists of moderators, super moderators, and administrators. We would be more than glad to help you out with anything around PC if you feel lost or anything! :3

well i came here for rom hacking and yeah i'll tell u more later, pokemon is on g2g ;)

As expected, it seems like you're interested in PC's most active section, ROM Hacking which accounts for over half of the new members joining every day. There's the Beginner's Lounge over there if you are interested in getting started on learning how to hack, and I'm sure that with the assistance of the section's resident moderator team (Spheal, karatekid552, Shinx and DrFuji) you'll learn everything you need to know. You can also show off your finished hack in the showcase.
But as mentioned by Terabyte, not everyone is interested in ROM Hacking so if you need a break from hacks, there's lots of other great sections to check out as well, including discussions on the many different aspects of Pokemon. Feel free to take a look at what interests you. Good luck with your hacking plans and enjoy your time at PC, Rulin!

Oh yes, feel free to visit the ROM Hacking section if you'd like to learn the wonders of ROM Hacking! Course, it's a pretty popular board, so, you'll be able to meet many more beginner ROM Hackers around there, if you fish around, and be active a bit! Everything around there is there for you to use and explore to help you on your ROM Hacking ideas! As well as the beginner's corner section, there's also the tools and resources section for you to view the different kinds of tools and resources that other members have used to enhance their hack in which you can use those to help you develop your hack along. <33
Soo I hope this all helps you, and I'll be here supporting you on whatever you do! As said, do follow the rules, but don't worry! The rules are generally straightforward anyway! But if you need any assistance, or if you have any questions, you can ask any one of us! Myself included; I'll be more than happy to help you out with whatever you want!
