    As suggested, I'm posting a thread here in order to introduce myself. I'm here primarily to battle others over wifi in order to improve my team for competitive battle. Now, I'm very new to this, so don't expect me to be very good. Post your FC here if you're interested!
     
    Hi there, Infinite! Is there anything you'd prefer to be called? <: Calling you by your username seems a little stuffy to me, aha. But yeah, welcome to PC!

    I'd recommend the Competitive Battling Center if you'd like to find people to battle and get your team rated~ I'm not very good at it myself, but we all start out that way, so you'll definitely learn lots in no time. \o/ Personally, my first WiFi battle was against a friend and I lost pretty badly if I remember right lool.

    As for the friend code, it's best to advertise stuff like that in your signature rather than in a thread or post; it'll be easier for people to see your friend code if it's in your signature, since that'll be underneath all your posts. This section is mostly for welcome posts.

    Anyways, have fun around here and feel free to message me if you need anything~! Also, if you'd like a mentor to show you around the forum, drop by the Adoption Center and fill out the form. :D
     
    Wifi battling is pretty popular here, buuut have you ever considered using a simulator? Because if you hang out in CBC, as Cirno linked, then soon you'll be able to battle on a Pokemon battling simulator, meaning you don't need to EV train or anything. n_n Of course we do have an older simulator but it's much better to wait for the newer/updated one (for PC to get a server on at least). But if you're interested in just sticking with wifi battling, that's totally okay too!

    But yeah, here we don't judge sooo if you want to improve your team, post a thread in Competitive Team Help (the subforum of CBC) and see what people think of it! And then people can help further improve it and you can become one of the best battlers here. :3 Well, that might take a while but it's totally a goal worth considering!

    Hi there InfiniteEntropy. I am Hikari.

    Everyone has probably got you covered but I know Competitive Battling Center is a fun place to visit.

    And as Cirno said, use your signature to advertise your friend code.

    You can shout out a VM to me if you wanna talk, although I'm not the best in battling I'm still fun to talk to.
