The government would surely ban Pokémon games, and we'd see a lot more censorship. However, that probably wouldn't prevent our impending deaths. :D

Then, I guess I'll search for the blueprints to create Master Balls. I could just be the Elite Four and Champion by catching all of their Pokemon.

Then the other Ghost-types from the first generation would get erased in Gold/Silver Version!

Then you would probably try out 1000 different things resulting in you getting kicked out of the place. ;D

What if Bikes and Running Shoes never existed?
 
Fans would be way more annoying about when the newest generation was going to come out.
