Many of them will amuse you with their weak English, and their Pokemon will be many you haven't seen before ;)

I found the sprite of Scott on Serebii.net, so I do not know who to credit for the sprite. If anyone could tell me I would appreciate.

Well, yes, that custom-made PKMN is alos in LoG.
the sprite creator is Samson, who has a sprite thread here in PC, and he's okay with sharing his work with ROM hackers, with credits, of course. :D
