Alright I agree with ya now. One little change with the eye though. You know how pikachu, charmander, eevee, etc (if you look really close) have an amber/brown/blue colored ring around the eye? Could you try something like that maybe? c:

but fighting pokemon are tough... so wouldn't a more intense kangokick be more appropriate?

Yes, but Blowgaroo, the evolution of Kangokick and Blowey, is going to be fierce enough. Don't you think? Right now, I'm doing my best to edit the eye to make everyone happy. It just doesn't matter if it looks fierce as Kangokick, because once it evolves, it will then be a big, bad, Blowgaroo. Plus, there is a limited amount of space on Kangokick. So I'm doing my best with it.

Trust me, I'll get this done sooner or later.

Sorry, I Don't Mean To Interject and cause you more work than you already have.
but just browsing through some of the posts, someone mentioned how charmander was cute, whereas the other two evolutions were beasts
as was the same with squirtle, totodile, torchic, ect.
However, I Have Complete trust in you

Yeah Kangokick looks really good now. It think should definitely retain the cute looks, as it reminds of Hippopotas and Hippowdon, how it goes from looking calm (and cute) to angry and tough when it evolves... at least in diamond and pearl (not platinum, Hippowdon looks calm, but still not cute in that one). Anyways, I'm glad we got a new leader and this project can go on :)

Honestly, I say leave the cuteness for the first evolution, then build up to a tougher evolution, building up to the beastly final evolved form
but compromising is the best solution
just head the quote "I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody."

I will definitely get to that one soon. Just need to slow down a little after today. I actually have another evolution for another Pokemon that needs doing too. So I'll get back to you guys soon with more sprites.

Well thanks. Trust me, spriting is very fun. It's one of the reasons I joined Torzach. So, good luck.

And, I guess it's as good a time as ever. I want to put up some tiles I made for critic. They're my first tiles, and I don't have very many, but I would like to hear some input about them.

They are, obviously, beach tiles. I couldn't really think up anything else that the game would need other than this.
