FireRed hack: [HotW #58] Pokémon Torzach: The Legend Begins (We're back in action, people!)

I'm not sure if this hack supports it or not, but I do know there is a VBA Link program you can download which works like a Game Link Cable. I'm bad at explaining this sort of thing, so go to the VBA site for info on it...

ye i kno it will take days to get them that high and if not level 50 then at least there final evolution so i can see how cool they look...oooo and i have a question will it be poseable to get the other starts all on the same game file?

So moreover... You might say you'll get to level 50 but you might not have the patience... unless you speed toggle or something maybe. o_o; Well now... hmm...

Hrm, I'll be finishing a thing or two soon and hopefully have them posted here... maybe. I'm having a friend of mine come over tomorrow and she really wanted to learn how to sprite and help this hack, so hopefully if I teach her a lil' she'll help out with the project. ;)

Long time lurker on PokéCommunity, but this is my first post. Here goes...

I really like the look of this hack. The new pokemon look as if they could be genuine, and real time and effort seems to be going in to make it as perfect as possible.

In the Alpha, will the evolutions of the starters be avaliable? As earlier in the post, I believe, you said you were keeping the evolutions under wraps, though a dedicated player could probably train the starters to evolution if they were present in the hack.

I really hope this hack can carry on going, it has a really professional look about it.

Glad you are excited ^^ You probably won't become a ranger in the Alpha, but you will soon after. You will have certain missions to complete (Not like the *shivers* pokemon ranger games. These will be much more serious. And no, there won't be ranger poses :P) Some of the missions will be search and rescue type missions, stealth missions, reconnaissance missions, those sort of things ^^

ye that was my objective to and it was an epic fail but the thing is on the alpha i wont have a chance to keep going so i think that i will be able to at least get them to there finals

anyway i think the sprites are fantastic and i hope you all see this through to its finish

btw the color pallete being used currently is much improved from the original throwup green grass color

I read about 30 of the 42 pages today btw


Ill probly use one of the sigs when i get the chance

Ya know, I played Sapphire and got Torchic (my starter) to be a Combusken before the first Rival fight. (as in - fighting level 2, 3, and 4 pokemon!)

I think I'll go DL a red rom and try to level up to about 40 like you said........

Wow. I'm not really working on the hack itself or anything but I'm very glad you picked this thread to be home to your first post. LOL ^^ I am a very dedicated supporter of this hack and I am hoping you will be too!!

Really...? New spriter? Hopefully he/she is good... but I'm sure whoever he/she is their spriting technique will be on par with you and West. ^^ Guess things will only speed up then!

Well, I'm working on tile inserting this afternoon, but I do have something to show you: Its the second half of that script I showed you a little while back. We are working on fixing the grass animation, so ignore the green colour ^^ And ignore the typo's, they are getting fixed soon as well. And the overworlds will all be replaced with new rangers that better fit the story. So for now, enjoy the video ^^

do you think its to much to ask that you make all 3 of the starters obtainable kinda like yellow version where you could get all three of them....all the vba is to much work to get them....but anyway it would be cool if it can be done because these are the best looking starters in all the pokemon series... :):):):)

I noticed one thing though, a misspelling, its professor with one "F" and two "S".

EDIT: actually I noticed a couple of misspellings.

Well, I'd like to welcome Spierr, our newest spriter. She's made an account here on PC, but I'm going to post the sprites we worked on last night.

She made the base and mainly made it. I edited things that bothered me.
