    I had a Detective Conan/Case Closed theme at the time

    So, do you have any nicknames, and if you do, how did you get them and which do you like the best?
     
    In the real world, i have quite a few nicknames:

    "Cloud" Because of the hair. (as in Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy)

    "Demyx" For the same reason (my hair is just so awesomely versatile). (Kingdom Hearts)

    "Sonic" Again, the hair, although this ones also a little down to me being a fast runner. Another guy i know who also has spiky hair, as well as a slightly faster runner, we call Shadow.

    "MTV" For my obsessive music tastes, plus it's a slight manipulation of my initials (which are actually MTG, but there is a 'V' in my last name).

    "Door-matt" I'd rather not talk about this one.;)

    and some call me Blue Nocturne for some reason, which is odd since few people know i'm on this site...

    Sometime in middle school I decided I hated my birth certificate name and narrowed it down to "Sav," so that's kind of a nickname, and it's what I've been sticking with for awhile, and it feels awkward when people go the extra mile and address me by my real name.

    My best friend calls me Bida, it's an old and long-running inside joke and I haven't a clue how it began. Then there's Lisa, one of my friends told me I looked like a Lisa and that stuck around for a bit; then there's SavSav/Savy and...idurnur if I can say it, but I'll give it a whirl anyway...Tits. SavSav/Savy just kind of came out of nowhere (though people like to argue about who came up with it first), Tits, was my friends and I being ridiculous and naming ourselves out of body parts. Then there was Banana, which Fiona actually calls me, and that's because my real name rhymes with it. And I like it just fine. Errr whwat else there is Lola, which happened because of a tye-dye jumper I was wearing and my friend decided that Lola suited the dress. And I think if my name was actually Lola, my life would be perfect. My dad used to call me Honey Bunny, also. Oh, and there was this weird cameraman that always called me Freckles when we took school photos in Elementary School.

    Oh-- and Galatea calls me Pooh Bear because of a book and...is that it? I feel like there are more =3=. And Ryan calls me Savzag and/or Savielle...and I've already mentioned that Fi calls me Banana.

    I'm know I'm leaving some out, but. @-@

    edit: OH AND NANA oh my god Nana can't forget that. Because my real name. Sounds like Nana. Kind of.

    I used to be called Harry Potter, too, because I looked like Daniel Radcliffe before his bawls dropped, lmfao.

    Cheesy-As in my nickname for this forum, and you know it's Cheesy because it's a shorter version of Cheesymitten. Kay?

    Offline, resulting from my birth name, most refer to me as Shivi. Seeing as Shivanan is apparently too difficult for most people to pronounce ;_; they just call me Shivi for short. I actually got it from my mom's old boss years ago. After that, the name just stuck to me like glue now that friends, family, and other various people refer to me as that nickname.

    Other few nicknames I have offline would be, Chevy and Shiva (my grandpa). Most common though is Shivi, which I like. As for online, most people just know me as Hiiro except for a select group of people as I don't normally use my outside nickname all too much. I wouldn't mind it if people call me Shivi around here though, :D it'll seem pretty normal other than Hiiro all the time.
     
    Well let's see:

    There's "SKUV", which is a way of pronouncing my initials.

    Then there's "SIN", and only one of my friends calls me that.

    And another is "Cat Kid", because I have a bunch of cats, and when I used to smoke weed I would sit around with my friends like a cat.

    Another (There's more! :D) was "Chatterbox" which is ironic, because when I was around my friend's friends, I wouldn't talk most of the time.

    Then there is "Ocho", my favorite nickname, and I don't want to explain it's origins lol.

    Finally one friend started calling me "Mr. Tinkertrain", which is an Ozzy Osbourne song, and if you know about the song you can probably guess what the nickname "Ocho" might mean.

    I'm a bit on the portly side - understatement - and my friends decided me to name me after the character 'Chef' from South Park... for some reason. :\
     
    Hmm.. I forgot how I got TwineOxygen. I think "Twine" was supposed to be Time, but I spelled it wrong. I got "Oxygen" because I was learning about the Periodic Table that day I made the nickname up. I just went along with "TwineOxygen" instead of "TimeOxygen" because it sounds cooler.
     
    Klippy and variations

    I got this from highschool. Some guy thought it'd be funny to cut off half my last name and add "y" to the end to bully me, but it ended up being a cool name and everyone started calling me it and he just cried cause he's a loser with no life. :>
     
    K.B. An abbreviation from my long and weird name(don't ask).

    Abyss. The way play on CoD6 is abysmal, and it's one of my nick on that game.

    Fi is the usual one. It's just the shortened version and is usually used if we're just friends and not good friends - as soon as I'm called Fiona, I know it's srs. Fifi is the cuter version of Fi and used mainly by Banana. Fi-Lite because my friend was like, "D-Lite? HUH. D RHYMES WITH FI" and the name was born. I'm not proud of it, I'll be honest. I feel dirty and I'm sure Daesung feels dirty.

    All my nicknames are just samey. XD;
