Comments can only be seen by the user/admins
The number of pips is on each person's post, and the exact number is the same as comments.

Yes. You can only see how many blocks each person has. You can't see the exact amount.

Well, you got your answer, and because continuing discussion on this is repetitive, would you like me to close it now?

Or do you have any extra questions concerning this matter?

well how can you tell WHO sent you the rep????

There's a reason that you can't see who gave you rep - to prevent a flame war...

That and it's not really impotant who gave who the rep.
Well actually, if you want to ask the person what his/her problem is before taking it up with an admin, it is a bit important.

How do you see your own exact rep points? I forgot. x_x

Click "UserCP on the Navbar, and look where you reputation comments are listed. In the top right-hand corner of the bar there, it says your total rep points.

Either you've given them rep to soon (I think you have to give like 10 more people rep after them) or you're repping in a post you already did. As the wise pop up saus "Thou sahlt not rep a person in they same post twice" or something like that XD

The UserCP gives you the most recent comments - is there a way to get your entire history?
