Huge Glaring Plot Holes

There are easily 3 of these per episode on average and I don't mean small errors, I mean huge ones that cause most of the plot to fall apart. What are everyone's favourites?

    Mine:
When Ash is reflecting on his Johto gym battles and he says 'I couldn't have done it without Pikachu... Charizard... Scyther...'. Scyther? Scyther!? SCYTHER!? Horrendouse mistake.
Also Brock says he is from 'Flint City' in one episode.

Surely someone should have noticed errors like this before the episode was finished!?

Hahaha yeah... It's not the espisodes that are incorrect... it's probably the translations (:

But indeed, maybe the translators don't really watch the episodes themselves x)

Just a translation error. The original version does not make this mistake.

Mistakes like that happen all the time. Yeah but I believe it was because of the translators, possible reasons is that they try to censor everything so much which therefore causes the mistake. But the biggest mistake they made was the Pokemon Special Raikou Legend of thunder. In my opinion, they totally ruined that special. The japanese version was way better.

I'm pretty sure they get Pidgey, Pidgeotto, and Pidgeot mixed up all the time. I know they do in the first movie, and in one of the Indigo League episodes.

In one of the shows someone said that Seviper evolves into Arbok...that's not -really- bad, but I did notice it last night.

Its like 4Kids paid no attention to their dub. When I first saw the Seviper/Arbok thing, I thought it was true XD Jessie had a Seviper and didn't have Arbok and I hadn't watched the anime since Johto so I thought it was right XD

They did it with Growlithe and Arcanine too.
    And to be honest, even I couldn't tell them apart when I was young. XD/;_;

In Johto, he said that he got his Zephyr badge twice in "Why Wynaut?!" When he lost his badges and was reflecting about it.

The Growlithe/Arcanine mixup had a reason. In Japanese, 'Golden Arcanine Award' sounded better than 'Golden Growlithe Award' because of alliteration. But in English, the reverse is true.

They could have just dubbed it the 'Aurum Arcanine Award' or something. That would have been cooler.

How about when Ash magically finds himself with 30 Tauros? XD

Or all the Pokemon Ash said he'd one day come back for but then abandoned (Primape, Pidgeot)

And then theres just simply all the places where it lacks logic ie A krabby who never battled before held it's ground in the Pokemon league, Pokemon which would be lv 100 by gaming terms based on the amount of experience theyve had and are still in their basic form (Squirte) and the fact that pretty much the whole TV show defies physics?

And I think in the pokerap they mix up one of the polys, not sure which.

Well, there was an episode where he caught 30 tauros, it was banned for the use of guns though, i saw it on youtube.
Brock caught a tauros too, but he never ever used it and it was never seen again. The episode is called "legend of dratini" I believe.

As for his released pokemon, ash is just gay and won't keep his good pokemon (pidgeot, primape, charizard) but he will always keep his weaker pokmeon (squirtle, bulbasaur)
