I think they're sorely underappreciated because they're smaller than cakes and hence disappear faster. I like them better than cakes, though, because they're smaller and much easier to make. My favourite flavour is chocolate, double chocolate and triple chocolate definitely included.

Ahhh, muffins are nostalgia for me, lol. Mom used to ALWAYS make like, two dozen blueberry muffins on Friday night, and she would let me pig out on them during Saturday morning cartoons. :P

They're my mum's specialty and basically my favourites ever yet they totally slipped my mind. (She never makes proper chocolate ones, otherwise they'd be my favourite. She makes these dodgy versions with yoghurt in them or something.
